A life-long Alaskan, I grew up right here in the valley. I attended college and law school on scholarship, graduating from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2010. I took the Alaska Bar Exam and began clerking for the Kenai Superior Court. After moving back to the valley, I opened my own practice and haven’t looked back. I am privileged to get to live, work, and raise my family in one of the most beautiful places on earth. It is my mission to provide personalized representation that gets the results YOU need. Alex Kemeny is the managing member of Kemeny, Ramp & Renaud, LLC. He oversees the firm's operation to ensure that client goals are pursued effectively and efficiently. He works with each of the attorneys and staff to develop individualized strategies for success that are tailored to each client's goals. Mr. Kemeny represents clients in both state and federal courts and has significant trial experience. He has served as trial counsel for businesses, non-profits, attorneys, and other individuals. He has successfully represented clients in various business disputes, guardianship actions, trust and estates disputes, and personal injury cases. Since 2010, Mr. Kemeny has taught the Appellate Advocacy: International Moot Court course at the Rutgers School of Law. His students have gone on to work at large firms and obtain prestigious state and federal clerkships. He has also lectured outside of the law school about techniques of effective advocacy. Mr. Kemeny earned his Juris Doctor from the Rutgers School of Law. In law school he received the Top Brief and Top Oralist awards in the Hunter Moot Court Competition for his class year. He was repeatedly on the Dean's List, twice elected to the University Senate, and served as a Graduate Student Representative to the Rutgers University Board of Trustees. Prior to receiving his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law, Mr. Kemeny earned a Bachelor of Art in History from McGill University. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, State of New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. ​

Jonathan grew up in Lexington, Virginia. After finishing his law degree at Washington & Lee University School of Law, Jonathan worked as a Contract Negotiations Specialist and as a Financial Planner for a Fortune 500 company before starting Tarris Law in 2016. Since starting Tarris Law, Jonathan has litigated thousands of matters throughout Virginia from fatal trucking accidents to farm partitions among dozens of heirs. and has successfully appealed trial court rulings, even garnishing published opinions in the Virginia Court of Appeals. Many times Jonathan is able to avoid litigation altogether with proper planning and negotiations. He has formed dozens of trusts, LLCs and other business entities, providing them with the proper legal paperwork to avoid disputes among all stakeholders. Laurene Cuvillier is an attorney who is a partner in the Decatur, Georgia, law firm of Goldberg & Cuvillier, P. C. While maintaining a busy and continually growing practice, Blake also serves upon the Advisory Board for the Paralegal Program at Greenville Technical College. He recently completed his 10th year as an adjunct pro bono professor at Clemson University where he teaches Sports Law.

Cristian R. Arrieta serves clients with comprehensive estate planning and handles business matters including transactions, dispute resolution, expert advocacy and trust and estate litigation. He also serves as general outside legal counsel to many of his business clients. His expertise includes handling business partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies; sales, mergers and acquisitions; due diligence; contracts; probate and trust administration; will contests and trust litigation; property disputes; elder law matters; and asset protection. Cristian is a volunteer with the Ventura County chapter of SCORE – Counselors to America’s Small Business, Womens Economic Ventures, as well as Senior Concerns in Thousand Oaks. He is a cum laude graduate of California Western School of Law, and he earned his bachelor’s degree in philosophy, cum laude, at California State University, Northridge. Cristian was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2005 and began in his practice the same year. Born and raised in Southern California, Cristian has also lived in Lima, Peru, where he co-owned and managed an American-style food and spirits establishment and taught English. Cristian is fluent in Spanish. He and his family live in Newbury Park.
