Bio As a co-founder and partner at Basch & Keegan, Maureen A. Keegan (Moe) has practiced personal injury law exclusively since 1986. Maureen’s areas of practice include all aspects of civil litigation, medical malpractice, wrongful death, automobile and trucking claims, product and premises liability. Initially, Ms. Keegan worked for a medical malpractice defense firm in New York City. Based in Kingston for the last 30 years, Moe has successfully represented clients throughout the Hudson Valley, greater New York City, and Capital District areas. Before studying law, Keegan worked as a Pharmacist and a Pharmacy Resident at Johns Hopkins and at other teaching hospitals in New York State. She has been a Super Lawyer and Top 100 Trial Lawyer of New York State. Over the years, Keegan has successfully represented thousands of injury victims and is widely known as a successful and knowledgeable attorney in the Hudson Valley. She is active in local community and bar associations. Basch & Keegan’s philanthropic support is well known in Ulster and Dutchess Counties. The firm was honored by SUNY Ulster and Legal Services of the Hudson Valley. In addition, Basch & Keegan collects for the pantry of People’s Place at Thanksgiving time. They have supported the Jewish Federation’s Fall for Art for more than 20 years and support the Ulster County Bar Association’s Adopt a Star program at Christmas. There are dozens of other excellent philanthropic groups that benefit from Basch & Keegan donations. Moe, a native Long Islander, has enjoyed making the Hudson Valley her home for the past 30+ years. She and her husband Dave have two children, Ryan and Jane, who both graduated from Kingston High School. Jane is currently teaching math at Brooklyn Tech, and Ryan was awarded an MBA from Stanford in June, 2021. Moe enjoys the outdoors and is an active sculler and member of the Rondout Row Club. She and Dave enjoy travelling and exploring the hike and bike trails in Ulster, Dutchess, Greene and Columbia County.

Henry L. Doner, Esq., is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, and the Delaware Law School of Widener University. He is admitted to the State Bars of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. He is admitted to the Federal Districts of New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. His areas of law practice consist of plaintiff’s injury representation, workers’ compensation claims. He is the managing partner of the firm, with an undergraduate degree of Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He also serves as a Board Member and Officer in various for profit and not for profit businesses in the Southern New Jersey Area. He was a staff writer for the Delaware Law Forum. He is married with two children. He is a South Jersey native, a graduate of Cherry Hill High School West. He is an alumnus of the Sigma Alpha Rho fraternity, Epsilon chapter, and Sigma Omicron Beta Fraternity at FDU Metro Campus. He played NCAA Varsity Lacrosse 1979 and 1980 at FDU.

Ron A. Soriano, Jr. is a seasoned attorney who has been practicing in Western Washington for almost a decade. Attorney Angela Frozena brings 15 years of diverse experience to serve the people of Kenosha County and eastern Wisconsin. A native of northeastern Wisconsin, Angela graduated from Roncalli High School and received an Honors Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematical Economics from Marquette University. She also graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School. She has not only drafted estate plans, but also administered them as a trust officer and prepared fiduciary income, estate, and gift tax returns. Ask J. During law school, he clerked at the Richland County Public Defender’s office in Columbia and continued to work there as an attorney after earning his law license. He remained at the public defender’s office for six years, handling the full spectrum of criminal defense cases, ranging from the most serious felonies to misdemeanors. He tried numerous jury trials in both general sessions court and magistrates’ court, and was one of the lead defense attorneys in the first human-trafficking case ever brought before the South Carolina Grand Jury. In 2015, Bell received intensive additional training in the art of jury persuasion at the National Criminal Defense College Trial Practice Institute.

A native Baltimorean, Mr. Rifkin has spent his career helping people. He graduated college in three years from the George Washington University with distinction, attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School where he won the prestigious Edwin R. Keedy Cup in Moot Court competition. He returned home to practice law which he has done since 1982. He has taught legal courses at Stevenson University as an adjunct professor and has chaired the Maryland State Bar Association Franchise and Distribution Law Committee. He is a long-time member of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising.

A Louisiana native, Stephen Babcock has developed a reputation for taking on high-profile cases involving catastrophic personal injury matters and business disputes. Born and raised outside of Ruston, La., Stephen attended Louisiana Tech University, where he received a B.S. in marketing in 1997. Already a licensed real estate agent at the time, his intention was to go to law school and become a title attorney. However, not long after he began his studies at Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Babcock changed his mind and realized he wanted to be a trial lawyer instead. Read more below… After receiving his J.D. in 2000, he launched his legal career, joining Allstate Insurance Co., as an in-house trial attorney. A year later, he joined the law firm of McKay Williamson Lutgring & Cochran as an associate attorney handling mostly personal injury cases. In 2003, he ventured out to create his own firm, which would inevitably become Babcock Trial Lawyers. Babcock has been serving the legal needs of clients from his Baton Rouge office ever since. His practice focuses solely on litigation and he has tried cases in state and federal courts throughout Louisiana. A licensed pilot, Babcock often flies to his destinations to more efficiently make use of his time for clients. Ms. Whitford also serves at the County Attorney in dependency and neglect matters on behalf of the Park County Department of Human Services.
