Ms. Anastasia J Mahone, Esq. built and manages the Premiere Divorce, Paternity and Family Law Division at K/S Attorneys at Law in matters, including but not limited to: - Divorce / Dissolution of Marriage; - Child support establishment/modification; - Parenting Plans / Time-sharing / Visitation (also known as child custody) establishment/modification; - Paternity establishment/disestablishment; - Restraining Orders; - Step-parent Adoption; - Parental Relocation with Minor Children; - Post final judgment matters. Anastasia also practices various other civil litigation actions, Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR), as well as, personal injury. Anastasia graduated from high school at the age of sixteen and proceeded to obtain a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology along with a minor in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University in 2009 with. In 2014, Anastasia, after attending law school at night and maintaining full-time employment throughout, received her Juris Doctorate Degree from Nova Southeastern Shephard Broad Law School and, upon admittance to the Florida Bar, joined K/S Attorneys at Law providing legal service to firm clients demonstrating a resilient and unbridled passion and dedication to the law and the needs of the firm’s clients. Anastasia has professional experience in the fields of Mental Health and Substance Abuse. Her employment experience affords Anastasia a unique and uncanny ability to identify and empathize with the tribulation of firm clients while understanding and being compassionate knowing the extent of emotional hardship and trauma life or business can lead to that ultimately requires legal advocacy or assistance. Anastasia's work experience, coupled with her education, offer her the ability to meet client expectations, particularly in handling the sensitive matters associated with family law efficiently, aggressively and decisively. Anastasia, a native to South Florida, is interested in reading novels, painting acrylic paintings which decorate the offices of K/S Attorneys at Law, enjoys the beaches of sunny South Florida and loves spending time with her family and her dog.

Michael Fradin is a practicing attorney in the state of Illinois. He graduated from DePaul University College of Law with his J.D. in 2006. He currently works at Michael L. Fradin, Attorney at Law, his private firm in which he focuses on Accident and Injury law.

Spencer Golden is an associate at K/S Attorneys at Law who handles legal matters in the area of criminal law, tax controversy, tax planning, business structuring/planning, asset protection, estate planning, probate, bankruptcy, and real estate representing individuals and their businesses.

David Hagan is an associate at Wade, Grimes, Friedman, Meinken & Leischner, PLLC, practicing both family law and criminal defense. As a family law attorney, Mr. Hagan handles all aspects of domestic relations cases, such as divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, settlement agreements, property rights, post-divorce disputes, and close relative and step-parent adoptions. He handles misdemeanor criminal defense, including traffic and DUI cases, and assists the partners with felony cases. Prior to joining Wade, Grimes, Friedman, Meinken & Leischner, PLLC, Mr. Hagan was a paralegal for a small family law firm for several years. There, he helped conduct legal research on mostly family law-related topics, prepared pleadings and assisted in trial preparation, litigated a post-divorce dispute, met with clients regarding their cases and more. Mr. Hagan received his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law. During his time there, he served as a student advisor in the George Mason Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic, where he provided pro bono legal assistance to veterans and their families on issues such as civil contract disputes, veterans discharge upgrades, adoptions, consumer warranty concerns, and other matters. Mr. Hagan was born in Michigan and grew up in Northern Virginia. He played the cello for seven years in his youth. In his free time, he enjoys reading, working out, and socializing with friends.

Chuck Douglas is a practicing lawyer in the state of Georgia. He received his J.D. from Georgia State University. He currently works for his privately owned firm of Wakhisi-Douglas, LLC.

Mark Wolfe is a partner with Boteler Richardson Wolfe – Injury Lawyers in Mobile, Alabama. Since 1987, Mark has worked specifically in the area of personal injury law, with particular expertise in wrongful death, motor vehicle crash cases, on the job injuries, defective products and life insurance claims. He has successfully litigated hundreds of personal injury cases to verdict and recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. Mark received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1983 from the University of Alabama, followed by his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School Of Law.
