Mr. Gibson was born and raised in South Florida and is licensed in Florida at both State level and Federal Southern District level. While attending law school in South Florida, Mr. Gibson won several awards in trial advocacy competing against rival law schools, was elected by the students of his law school to serve as student body president two years in a row, clerked at a personal injury law firm, and interned at the State Attorney’s Office in Broward County as a certified legal intern. While interning at the State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Gibson handled dozens of criminal cases and acquired experience in several jury trials before even graduating law school. After graduating, Mr. Gibson accepted a position as an Assistant State Attorney with the State Attorney’s Office in Broward County, where he handled thousands of criminal cases and tried dozens of jury trials. Having had the privilege of being a public servant for the victims of criminal cases has led Mr. Gibson to continue to his career assisting persons who have been wronged, now focusing his practice on personal injury law.
