Patrick Sampair has over 39 years of legal experience and has helped thousands of Arizonans with their family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, child relocation, and alimony (or spousal maintenance) disputes. Mr. Sampair has expertise resolving complex financial matters that arise in a family law dispute, drawn in part from his experience litigating civil and criminal tax cases during his early years of law practice. Mr. Sampair received his Juris Doctorate from Creighton University Law School in Nebraska in 1981, and a BA from Creighton University in 1976. He is admitted to practice law in Arizona and Minnesota and is a member of the State Bar of Arizona. Mr. Sampair is also admitted to practice before Arizona state and federal courts, the U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals for the First, Second, Fifth, Sixth, Eighth, and Ninth Circuits and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for Arizona. Mr. Sampair is a current Judge Pro Tem in the Maricopa County Superior Courts, and a former Adjunct Professor of Law at the William Mitchell School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. In 1992, he was appointed by the U.S. District Court of Arizona to represent indigent defendants pursuant to the federal Criminal Justice Act.

Scott Rogoff has been licensed in the Illinois Courts and the Northern District of Illinois Federal courts since 1993. His practice focuses on issues relating to family law, divorce, child custody & visitation litigation, paternity cases, adoptions, domestic violence litigation & child support cases. A skilled litigator and negotiator who has achieved exemplary results on behalf of his clients, Mr. Rogoff understands that navigating the legal process is a stressful, overwhelming and costly experience for most people. I then resumed my career with the U.S. Army in the Judge Advocate General's Corps (JAG). I retired from the Army in 2014 after 25 years of service. During my Army career I had the opportunity to prosecute and defend soldiers in cases worldwide. My career included deployments to Europe with the 1st Armored Division, and the Middle East, with the 1st Infantry Division. It is not my practice to take on a high volume of cases and plead them out as quickly as possible. I also don't refuse cases because they are hard. Lots of lawyers cherry pick cases so that they can build stats. I don't keep stats - I represent individuals and everyone's case is different. Everyone's case is unique and what is best for you might not be the same as what is best for the next person. My trial experience in divorce, includes the establishment of child custody and parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance/alimony, and the division of marital property. I have also litigated modification of child custody and parenting time for marital and non-marital children, modification of child support, enforcement of orders for spousal maintenance and child support, third party and grandparent custody and visitation, orders for protection, and harassment restraining orders. Prior to becoming an attorney, I owned a small business, and I draw on that experience to negotiate fair and equitable property settlements, parenting plans, and even prenuptial agreements that help protect the rights and assets of soon to become newlyweds.
