Marla Zide’s interest in the law began at a young age, inspired by her father’s work as an attorney. A native of New England, she moved to Maryland in 1993 to attend Goucher College, earning a degree in psychology with a minor in Women’s Studies. She later graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2001, focusing her studies on family law. During law school, she gained valuable experience through the Family Law Clinic and her work with the Maryland Legal Service Network, where she helped expand access to legal resources across the state. Since her admission to the Maryland Bar in 2001, Ms. Zide has dedicated her practice to guiding clients through family law matters, including divorce, custody, visitation, support, and adoption. She has represented parents, grandparents, and children in Anne Arundel County and throughout Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County, Harford County, and Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Attorney Peter Lloyd is an experienced lawyer practicing law in the Central Wisconsin area. He limits his practice to specific areas (family, criminal and traffic law). He obtained a 1986 Business Degree from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin and a 1989 Law Degree from Marquette University Law School. During law school, he was an intern with the Milwaukee County District Attorney Office. In addition, he was an intern with a private law firm in Milwaukee during law school. In the summer of 1989 he began practicing Law in Central Wisconsin, primarily in Portage and Wood County, as well as Waupaca and Marathon County. During his legal career, he has been a partner at law firms in both Stevens Point and Wisconsin Rapids.

Attorney Keith S. Morse has more than 45 years of experience representing clients in a diverse range of practice areas. Lauren Pruett is a Partner and shareholder of Gale, Angelo, Johnson & Patrick P.C.. Lauren oversees our Family Law Department. She focuses exclusively on family law issues including: divorce, custody, spousal support, child support, domestic violence, guardianships, adoptions, grandparent visitation. Lauren dedicated her focus to family law from the start of her legal studies, taking courses dedicated to the field such as family law, community property, family law trial skills and juvenile law. David Hagan is an associate at Wade, Grimes, Friedman, Meinken & Leischner, PLLC, practicing both family law and criminal defense. As a family law attorney, Mr. Hagan handles all aspects of domestic relations cases, such as divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, settlement agreements, property rights, post-divorce disputes, and close relative and step-parent adoptions. He handles misdemeanor criminal defense, including traffic and DUI cases, and assists the partners with felony cases. Prior to joining Wade, Grimes, Friedman, Meinken & Leischner, PLLC, Mr. Hagan was a paralegal for a small family law firm for several years. There, he helped conduct legal research on mostly family law-related topics, prepared pleadings and assisted in trial preparation, litigated a post-divorce dispute, met with clients regarding their cases and more. Mr. Hagan received his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law. During his time there, he served as a student advisor in the George Mason Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic, where he provided pro bono legal assistance to veterans and their families on issues such as civil contract disputes, veterans discharge upgrades, adoptions, consumer warranty concerns, and other matters. Mr. Hagan was born in Michigan and grew up in Northern Virginia. He played the cello for seven years in his youth. In his free time, he enjoys reading, working out, and socializing with friends.

I am a native of Chicago, Illinois, and received Bachelor of Arts degrees in political science and speech communication from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois, spending one semester studying abroad in London and traveling all over Europe. Following that, I earned my Juris Doctorate from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. I moved to New Jersey following graduation from law school and was licensed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey in 1994 and the Supreme Court of New York in 1995. Moving back to Chicago, I was then licensed by the Supreme Court of Illinois in 1995, and after moving to Texas, I was licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas in 2016. I have also been admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit, when I was appointed by the U.S. Court of Appeals as attorney to an inmate in his criminal appeal. I have also practiced in various state and federal courts around the country. During my practice, I have practiced in the areas of family law, corporate and securities litigation, mediation and arbitration, as well as product liability mass litigation, probate, and civil litigation. I am also a certified family law mediator. My primary focus now is on all aspects of family law including divorce, child custody, child support, visitation, and spousal support. Starting in Chicago and then New Jersey, I was blessed with three amazing children. After we moved to Texas, I was divorced from their father, took in two more children, and decided I could best help people by combining my life experiences with my abilities as a lawyer. The practice of family law involves intense emotions in the clients. As an experienced litigator and from my life experiences, I am able to empathize with and fervently advocate on behalf of my clients while offering creative solutions and ideas to help clients adjust to their new “normal”.
