Micheal Busby is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, the Houston Association of Debtor’s Attorneys and is admitted to practice in the Federal Courts in the Southern District of Texas. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served as a Field Artillery Cannoner from 1989 to 1993. Mike also served in the National Guard from 1993 to 1997 in the states of Arkansas, Oklahoma and North Carolina. Mr. Busby received his Bachelor of Science degree with honors from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1996. He graduated from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas in 2002. Mr. Busby is a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Law fraternity and authored an international law legal article in a law journal published by South Texas College of Law. Mr. Busby has been faithfully married for 20 years and is the proud father of two daughters, Viktoria and Hannah Busby and father of Willam Maximus “Billy Max” Busby.

Cheryl Fisher graduated summa cum laude from Saint Mary's College in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In 1997, she graduated in the top third of her class in a dual degree program at Washington University School of Law and School of Social Work with her law degree and a Masters in Social Work. Cheryl has been a certified mediator since 1994 and has advanced training in the mediation of family and divorce conflicts. She practices in Illinois and Missouri focusing on family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, guardianship, adoption and mediation of conflicts in these areas. She also focuses on Orders of Protection.

Mr. Paris has over 24 years' experience in both family law and civil litigation matters. He has received a Martindale-Hubbell top AV rating for attorneys and is vice president of Pearson & Paris, a prestigious law firm that emphasizes business law, real estate, civil litigation, criminal defense, family law, and estate planning and probate. He is recognized as a Top 100 trial lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers. Mr. Paris has an extensive background in family law, civil litigation, criminal law and real estate matters, including all matters related to appellate issues, and he routinely advises on these matters. Mr. Paris was the senior prosecutor at the Park County District Attorney's Office, where he was responsible for handling everything from misdemeanor cases to serious felonies, including sexual assaults, white collar crimes and major violent crimes. Mr. Paris focuses primarily in the areas of family law, civil litigation, real estate and criminal law. Mr. Paris holds a B.S. in criminal justice and a Juris Doctorate degree in law and he has lectured frequently in the areas of trial advocacy. He is also a past contributing columnist for a legal column in the Park County Flume newspaper

Attorney Janice Alfred is the managing attorney at the Alfred Law Firm. She has been practicing law in the state of Georgia since 2004. Ms. Alfred concentrates in the area of Divorce & Family Law and Criminal Defense. Her philosophy is that each and every client deserves to be treated with respect and that each case is equally important regardless of the client's social or economic status. Ms. Alfred obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College located in Clinton, NY in 1998. After graduating from college, she worked as a paralegal supervisor for Lane & Mittendorf (now known as Windels, Marx, Lane & Mittendorf) until May of 2000, when she enrolled at New York Law School. In 2002, Ms. Alfred became an editor of the New York Law School Journal of Human Rights and published a note titled "Denial of the American Dream: The Plight of Undocumented High School Students Within the U.S. Educational System" and an article titled "The 4th Session of the Commission on the Status of Women: Gender Discrimination and the AIDS pandemic". After graduating from law school, Ms. Alfred moved to Atlanta, Georgia and subsequently became admitted to the Georgia Bar. Thereafter, she worked in-house at two telecommunication companies prior to going into private practice.
