Ted has been with The Oshman Firm since 1988. He has over 25 years of experience in Medical Device and Drug Product Liability, Personal Injury Litigation, Medical Malpractice Litigation, and Commercial Disputes. Mr. Oshman received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Rochester. Following in the footsteps of his older brother Matthew, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. Ted serves on the Board of Directors of multiple charitable foundations and religious not-for-profit organizations. He is active in sustainable business ventures throughout the country and in international markets. He also serves as Officer and Director of an educational, not-for-profit organization and supports organizations such as Greenpeace and the Alzheimer’s Association. When he isn’t in the New York office, Ted is often in court or has traveled to visit with a client of the firm. At home, Ted can often be found spending time with his wife and three kids participating in activities from spin cycling to fantasy football. He also enjoys basketball, hiking, and the opportunities to coach aspiring entrepreneurs and sharing his business acumen.

Timothy A. Rowe was born in Mansfield, Ohio. His father was a missionary in Africa and his uncle is a Lutheran minister. He graduated from the College of Emporia with a degree in Biblical Studies. He also attended the University of California Berkeley and Indiana University. He graduated with a B.A. with distinction in History and Classics from Indiana University and graduated cum laude from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis. He is also a graduate of Gary Spencer’s Trial College Seminars. He has been a partner in the law firm of Rowe and Hamilton for 38 years. His practice is currently concentrated in auto accident litigation, personal injury, nursing home litigation, environmental torts, civil rights, in premises liability.

The managing partner of the largest criminal defense intensive law firm in Louisiana, Manasseh has represented more than 12,000 clients over a twenty-five year career. In addition to the prolific criminal practice, Manasseh oversees a litigation practice that includes personal injury, wrongful death and environmental law. His practice includes the full array of practice experience include city, state and federal courts; motion, trial, appellate and post-conviction practice; mediation, consultation and counseling. In 1990, Manasseh became one of the youngest attorneys to successfully argue before the United States Supreme Court in Foucha v. Louisiana.

John J Bailly is a practicing lawyer in the state of New York who handles Accident & Injury cases.

Christopher “Chip” Hickey has represented hundreds of clients with mesothelioma and other asbestos related diseases throughout Ohio and North Carolina. Chip has also represented victims of catastrophic injuries caused by defective products and negligent conduct.
