Sara M. Salger received her undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, graduating cum laude, and Saint Louis University School of Law for her J.D. where she received an International Law Certificate and litigation focus. She spent two semesters abroad during law school attending Università Cà Foscari di Venezia in Venice, Italy and University College Cork in Cork, Ireland. Ms. Salger's legal career has been focused on advocating for individuals wronged by the actions of others, with a particularized focus on representing victims of mesothelioma and lung cancer, as a result of exposure to asbestos. She has also handled complex benzene litigation and general personal injury claims. Working at The Gori Law Firm since the firm's inception, and a Partner since May 2016, she is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Missouri, is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Madison County Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, Missouri State Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, American Association for Justice, National Asbestos Mesothelioma Trial Lawyers (Member), National Women Trial Lawyers, and is on the Illinois Trial Lawyers Executive Committee and Board. Actively involved in her community, Ms. Salger serves on various philanthropic boards in the area and volunteers her time speaking to local high school and college law classes and groups.

Jeffrey L. Jacobs has practiced law for over 30 years and has the savvy and advocacy skills found only in attorneys of the highest caliber. While he successfully serves represents clients in personal injury claims, motor vehicle accidents, and sexual harassment cases, much of his caseload involves products liability. A hard-working and confident attorney, Mr. Jacobs is not afraid to take on any adversary. He worked in products liability for several years, defending corporate clients in pharmaceutical cases. He also has the experience of working as an Associate in a large Kansas City law firm, where he was involved in matters such as litigation, securities, business transactions and environmental work. Mr. Jacobs' environmental work gave him the understanding of government agencies and he still maintains a list of many friends and colleagues in the administrative field. Mr. Jacobs came to California in 1988 to work in the aeronautical industry. In order to work for plaintiffs who need skilled and dynamic attorneys, Mr. Jacobs opened what has now become Jacobs Law Group in 1991. Since then, he has developed a fondness for the Sacramento community and its people. Meet Ricky Whitehead, one of our dedicated Associate Attorneys at the Law Office of Bryan Fagan, a passionate advocate for justice and equality. With a Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management from UH Clear Lake, Ricky Whitehead brings a robust academic background to our team. In addition to their legal qualifications, Ricky Whitehead is a Certified Mediator in Texas, showcasing their commitment to conflict resolution. Born and raised in Houston, TX, Ricky Whitehead is deeply rooted in the local community and actively volunteers with the Trans Legal Aid Clinic TX (TLACT), a non-profit organization that assists trans and non-binary individuals with name and gender marker corrections in Texas. Outside of work, Ricky Whitehead enjoys spending their free time cooking, especially baking, and playing board games with friends. They share their home with a German Shepherd named Poe, who adds a special joy to their life.

Margaret Washburn has a general trial practice that focuses primarily on complex and high asset domestic relations litigation, including divorce, modification of custody and child support and contempt actions. We also handle criminal defense, personal injury and auto accidents and civil trial litigation, as well as represent injured workers. We have developed our practice and client base through Margaret's reputation in the community and through involvement in the State Bar of Georgia committees, the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, the Lawrenceville Kiwanis Club, and other civic organizations. Margaret is the editor of the Gwinnett County Bar Association Newsletter, and the newsletter for the Council for Municipal Court Judges. This has led to referrals of clients over the years from other attorneys in both Gwinnett County and around the State.

Sam Blink is the Founder and Managing Member of Midtown Legal. He is a member in Midtown's Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Corporate and Business Transactions Practice Groups. Sam defends businesses and their owners, directors and officers in governmental investigations and related enforcement actions. He preserves his clients’ reputations and resources while representing them through all stages of disputes, from pre-litigation investigations through administrative proceedings, trial and appeal. Sam focuses this part of his practice on environmental, consumer protection and securities investigations. He also has extensive experience representing contractors in construction disputes in court and arbitration. He both defends contractors in mostly construction defect cases and pursues collection efforts on behalf of his contractor clients. Sam also regularly represents businesses in contract litigation and business owners in corporate and partnership disputes. Sam routinely guides companies in various corporate and commercial transactions, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, capital raises and corporate governance matters. He represents businesses in connection with complex contract negotiations, including SaaS agreements, complex commercial real estate agreements, licensing agreements, distribution agreements, independent contractor and employment agreements, and technology agreements. Sam is a business owner, being the founder of Midtown Legal and is the owner and partner of multiple other business ventures. He uses this experience to practically represent his clients and provide what business owners actually want out of their legal representation. When Sam is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He enjoys golfing and watching all sports. He is an avid traveler, reader, hiker and a less avid fisherman and carpenter.

Shane M. Boasberg was born and raised in New Orleans, LA and moved to the Lone Star State to attend The University of Texas in Austin, TX. After receiving undergraduate degrees in Government and Business from the University of Texas in Austin, TX; Mr. Boasberg attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, TX. While attending law school, Shane worked as a law clerk for the prestigious law firm of Gallagher, Lewis, Downey, and Kim. During this time, he gained experience in legal and appellate research and writing and trial preparation working on the largest commercial litigation civil settlements recorded in United States jurisprudence history. Shane graduated from South Texas College of Law in 2002 and immediately made an impact in the legal field. He began his career at Heard, Robins, Cloud, Lubel, and Greenwood LLP in Houston, and in 2003, he returned to Austin, TX, to serve as General Counsel to the Honorable Senator Mario Gallegos at the Texas Senate. In this role, Shane’s legal acumen and drafting skills were put to the test as he provided legal advice, prepared opinions, bill analyses, briefs, and drafted bills and amendments for legislative consideration, serving the citizens of Texas with distinction. Following his tenure with Senator Gallegos, Shane worked for the Texas Office of the Attorney General-Greg Abbott where he worked on a variety of legal and political issues. Shane represented TxDOT in litigating and resolving contractual, construction, licensing, and engineering disputes in the State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH). Shane gained valuable experience at the TX-OAG where he was able to learn and work on various legal and political issues, including but not limited to, transportation law, employment law, environmental law, and eminent domain law. While working for the Texas Attorney General, Shane also served as the Legislative Liaison between the Texas Attorney General – Transportation Division and the Texas Legislature. After working with the Texas Legislature and for the OAG-Texas, Shane re-entered private practice in 2010 and opened his law firm in Austin, TX with a satellite office in Georgetown, TX. He has handled almost every type of civil case at some point during his career but primarily focuses his practice on civil litigation, whether it be business and commercial law, real estate and eminent domain law, family law, or injury law. Shane actively engages with the community and is a member of the Texas State Bar, the Austin Bar Association, and the Capitol Area Trial Lawyers Association. He was also selected to Texas Monthly’s “Rising Stars” list for 2012, 2014 – 2016. Only 2.5% of eligible Texas attorneys are chosen by Super Lawyer based on nominations from their peers. Shane also actively participates in the ATX DAO, a city DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) based in Austin, TX. The goal of the ATX DAO is to unite Austin’s crypto communities, enable artists and local businesses to participate in the crypto ecosystem, and educate local and state government officials about the benefits of Web3.

Eric J. Nemeth is a practicing lawyer in the state of New Jersey. Attorney Nemeth received his J.D. from the Rutgers University School of Law in 1990.

Angie founded Taxsmith, LLC after having worked for several years in the tax industry. She originally grew up in a small, rural town in North Carolina where she learned the value of working hard to succeed in life. Angie's father has worked in the hog farm business for years and her mother has been a hospice nurse for over 30 years. Her first job was working for her uncle in their family dry cleaners after school and on the weekends. It was Angie's parents who taught her that having the drive and putting the hours into work creates successful goals. She prides her success in life in the support that her family has continuously provided throughout the years. Angie graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she obtained her B.A. in Sociology and Psychology and minored in Gerontology. While at UNC she was an NCAA Cheerleader and member of the Alpha Kappa Delta National Honor Society. She attended Florida Coastal School of Law and is admitted to the Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Angie believes in treating people the way that she would be treated and that does not stop with how she treats her clients. She also promises to treat every client like family and always provide honest answers. Angie lives with her chocolate lab Miller Ann and silver lab Aria Skye who can frequently be found “working” at the office. Angie enjoys working out, spending time with friends and family, playing flag football and is a huge sports fan (football, basketball, golf, etc.), in particular the UNC Tarheels.

Bridget Tartaglia is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Ms. Tartaglia received her Juris Doctor with honors from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1995. While attending Touro, Ms. Tartaglia was one of the founding members and the Research Editor of the Environmental Law Journal. Ms. Tartaglia was instrumental in publishing the first edition to the Law Journal in 1995. She also received numerous academic honors during her tenure at Touro, including a Community Service Award and the American Jurisprudence Aware of Excellence in Creditor’s Rights. She was active and integral member of the Columbian Lawyers Association where she served as President. She also served as intern for the Honorable Howard Levitt of the Supreme Court, State of New York, County of Nassau. Ms. Tartaglia was also recipient of two academic scholarships from the Columbian Lawyer’s Association while attending Touro. While attending her last year at Touro, Ms. Tartaglia was a law clerk at Jakubowski, Robertson & Goldsmith. After graduating from Touro, Ms. Tartaglia became an associate attorney with said firm and later became a member of said firm. Ms. Tartaglia was admitted to Practice in the State of New York, Second Department in January, 1996. She was admitted to Practice in the State of Connecticut in November, 1995. She was admitted to Practice in the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York in March, 1996. She was most recently admitted to Practice in the Supreme Court of the United States America in March, 2005. Ms. Tartaglia has engaged in the general practice of law with an emphasis in Matrimonial and Family litigation. Since 1996, she has had substantial experience in litigating all issues relative to Matrimonial and Family Law matters. Ms. Tartaglia has litigated almost every possible issue that may arise between divorcing and non married parties. In addition to Matrimonial and Family Law litigation, Ms. Tartaglia also substantial experience in performing residential real property closings, representing both purchasers and sellers as well as experience in general civil litigation. Ms. Tartaglia is an active member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and the Suffolk County Women’s Bar Association. She is also a member of the Matrimonial Bar Association of Suffolk County, the Columbian Lawyers Association of Suffolk County and the New York State Bar Association (including the Family Law Section of said Bar Association). Ms. Tartaglia has received multiple awards relative to her practice in the area of Matrimonial and Family Law. These include her having an AV Preeminent rating in both Legal Ability and Ethical Standards with Martindale-Hubbell since 2013; a 2019 Lawyer of Distinction for her work in Family and Divorce Law; Martindale-Hubbell Top Rated Lawyer in Family Law; 2016 10 Best Females Attorneys in Family Law; Avvo Top Rated Lawyer, 2017 and a 2015 Client Distinction Award. Ms. Tartaglia also has been honored for the past two years by the Suffolk County Bar Association for her donation of her time to pro bono divorce matters in Suffolk County. In addition to receiving multiple awards relative to her work in the Matrimonial and Family Law field, Ms. Tartaglia also was honored by the WVI Dolphin Foundation and received a 2019 Spirit of Youth Sports Awards for her continued commitment and time volunteered to Youth Sports. Ms. Tartaglia is has been a youth basketball coach for Infant Jesus Church CYO program in Port Jefferson, NY for the past 9 years. She has spent countless hours each season coaching up to two different teams. Ms. Tartaglia was a division I college athlete where she played basketball at Brooklyn College. In addition, Ms. Tartaglia has worked on the fundraising committee for Mount Sinai Youth Soccer for the past 5 years where has volunteers time to raise money for a local soccer organization. Since 2013, Mrs. Tartaglia has been a Catechist for St Louis De Monfort Church in Sound Beach, NY where she has and continues to volunteer her time each week to teach two different religion classes each year. She is also a team leader for the Mount Sinai Neighborhood Watch for which she acts a liason for members of her community. In addition to work in her community, she also is a volunteer with the Suffolk County Bar Association pro bono foundation. She is a longtime resident of Mount Sinai where she resides with her husband and two sons.
