Cliff Capdevielle focuses his practice on income and estate tax planning, tax controversies, and trust and estate matters. As the leader of MOBO’s trusts, estates and tax practice, Cliff counsels high-net-worth US and international clients on a variety of tax and estate matters, individuals, families and businesses. His practice often requires him to advise clients on a variety of US-based and cross-border estate planning and wealth preservation matters with a focus on estate and gift tax minimization strategies, tax credits and incentives, and tax planning.

Mr. Wayne has been practicing as an attorney in Atlanta since 1996. Mr. Wayne began practicing law as a contract attorney for top criminal defense attorneys in Atlanta, working on Federal Criminal Appeals. He then moved on to become a real estate closing attorney. While enjoying his work as a closing attorney, he missed the world of litigation. In 2001, he began his own civil litigation practice and in 2005, Mr. Wayne established Richard C. Wayne & Associates, P.C.

Elliott has practiced for decades in the area of wills, trusts, estates, guardianships, and probate. He routinely prepares living trusts, wills and handles probate administrations for his clientele. Elliott provides strategic advice and planning regarding trust and estate-related disputes. He is skilled in helping clients resolve family-related disputes arising after the death of a family member and has guided many clients through the litigation process. He is the Managing Director and a versatile team member of our accomplished group of fiduciary, trust, and probate litigation-focused attorneys.

Robert L. Garibaldi, Jr. earned his Juris Doctor degree from Pace University Law School after graduating with honors in accounting from Saint Peter’s University with a Bachelor of Science degree. With over 30 years of expertise, Mr. Garibaldi specializes in corporate and transactional law, civil litigation, municipal law, commercial and residential real estate, estate planning, probate, and banking law. For 25 years, he served as the attorney for the Borough of Glen Rock in Bergen County, managing all aspects of municipal law. His legal practice focuses on business and corporate law, municipal law, litigation, wills and estates, and real estate. Mr. Garibaldi’s accounting background has enabled him to assist clients in preparing for their futures through effective estate planning. He also brings extensive experience in banking law, having served as Chairman of the Board, acting President, and CEO of Hamilton Savings Bank. Mr. Garibaldi is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the New Jersey Institute of Municipal Attorneys. In addition to his legal career, Mr. Garibaldi spent several years in public service. He was the Vice-Chairman of the Fee Arbitration Committee for Bergen County and served for eight years on the Kinnelon Board of Education. He is also a founding member of the Kinnelon Education Foundation.

Leslie Cimadevilla, Esquire is the Principal and Managing Attorney of The Law Office of Leslie Cimadevilla, P.A. and Worldwide Title, Escrow and Closing Services, LLC. A South Florida bilingual native, her principal office is conveniently located in Davie, the heart of South Florida as well as physical offices throughout the Treasure Coast. When Ms. Cimadevilla returned to her native South Florida after graduation, she was a founding member of the premiere Coral Gables Title, LLC until the real estate market crash. Therefore, Ms. Cimadevilla entered the world of foreclosure and has zealously represented investors, servicers, national mortgage lenders, financial institutions and private lenders throughout Florida handling residential and commercial foreclosures since 2007. She has litigated and mediated thousands of foreclosure cases, said experience now assists her in aggressively defending foreclosed homeowners and business owners in court in addition to exploring all loss mitigation alternatives. Additionally, she handles all aspects of residential and commercial real estate, including closings, title examinations, escrow services, transactional negotiations, foreclosure and loss mitigation, including short sale negotiations, loan workouts and deeds-in-lieu, contract disputes, preparation of agreements including loan documents and leases. She also handles foreign investors, works with 1031 agents and handles simultaneous transactions and complex structures Ms. Cimadevilla is a licensed member of the Florida Bar and was admitted to practice in 2003. She underwrites title through WFG and is a member of Broward’s Real Estate Council, Broward County Bar Association, and Plantation Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Cimadevilla also devotes much of her time to several charitable organizations including Broward County Partnership Coalition for the Homeless, Broward County's Women in Distress and Florida's Initiative for Suicide Prevention. Attorney Putnam C. Smith represents Main Street business owners and executives, professionals of all types and local, regional and national real estate investors, developers and operators, concentrating on business and commercial real estate transactions and tax and estate planning. Common transactions include start-ups, acquisitions and sales of closely held business, tax-free mergers and reorganizations, asset purchases, leveraged buyouts and joint ventures and partnerships in a wide range of industries. He has practiced corporate law in Atlanta and the surrounding metropolitan area since 1988, initially with Nall & Miller, LLP and later with Robert W. Fisher, P.C., a tax boutique that was instrumental in the creation of Nextel and a number of international ventures in the telecommunications industry before disbanding in 1994. Before attending law school, he incorporated Jimmy Carter’s 1976 presidential campaign and worked as a legal assistant with other leading Atlanta law firms, including King & Spalding, LLP and Kilpatrick Stockton, LLP, gaining invaluable experience with public corporations and investment banks. During his tenure with Lipscomb, Johnson, Sleister, Dailey & Smith, LLP, Mr. Smith has handled private equity investments in shopping centers and industrial and commercial property in several southeastern states, land assemblages requiring services ranging from quiet title actions to road closures and a $116 million buyout to resolve a shareholder’s dispute involving a closely held technology business.

In 1995 Justin received his Associates degree from Dixie College in St. George, Utah. While at Dixie, Justin competed on the National Debate and Forensics circuit. Justin placed in the top three nationally in multiple events and was the recipient of the Bowler award granted annually to the top orator at the School. Following his success at Dixie College Justin went to Southern Utah University and received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science.In 2000 Justin received his Juris Doctor from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. His extensive training in area of public speaking has assisted him as he heads the litigation section of the law firm. Justin's litigation experience has been acquired through his representation of clients in front of numerous tribunals, administrative bodies, and courts. Several such forums of note are the United Nations High Commission on Human Rights in Geneva, Switzerland, the New Mexico Supreme Court, Multiple appellate courts, and differing state courts ranging from New Jersey, Wyoming, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Alaska, and California. Additionally, Justin has extensive training in estate planning matters which extends his responsibilities to our firm's estate planning division. Justin also has enjoyed substantial success in Securities litigation and Business formation. His most notable case in this arena was a judgment of over eight million dollars ($8,000,000.00) awarded by a securities arbitration panel in favor of our client. At the time this was the largest settlement ever awarded in securities arbitration. Recently, Justin was the lead attorney in the case against Provo city regarding the 911 call where EMS personnel were improperly dispatched. Our clients received a settlement of $220,000.  Justin has assisted in teaching numerous CLE courses in computerized legal research.Justin was born and raised in Utah. He is the proud father of 4 children and has been happily married for over ten years. He enjoys many sports including basketball, baseball, tennis, golf, and football. He is an avid off-roader that loves to hunt and fish. Recently he bagged an Alaskan caribou that scored 380+ on the Boone and Crocket scale and also caught a 62 pound Halibut off the coast of Oregon.
