Aubrey Brown is a member of the firm’s litigation section, and was named a shareholder in 2018. His practice crosses multiple areas of law, consisting principally of: Family Law and Domestic Relations, including, divorces, spousal support and alimony, equitable distribution and division of property, pre-marital and pre-nuptial agreements, property settlement agreements, protective orders, and child custody, visitation, and child support matters. Residential Real Estate, including, purchases, sales, refinances, transfers, and real estate disputes. Personal Injury, including, automobile accidents, premises liability (“slip and fall”) and dog bites. Trust, Will and Estate Litigation. Aubrey is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Virginia, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, and the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia. Prior to joining Parker, Pollard, Wilton & Peaden, P.C., Aubrey was a judicial law clerk in the Circuit Court of Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Mr. Reid joined Parker, Pollard & Brown as an associate after receiving his law degree from the University of Richmond in 2008. His practice is concentrated primarily on commercial and residential real estate, civil litigation, and business law. Relevant experience Represents corporations and other business entities in the prosecution and defense of contract and business tort litigation. Represents landowners and commercial tenants in real estate related litigation. Represents owners and lenders in easement, title, mechanics lien and title insurance disputes and litigation. Represents lenders, purchasers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Represents landlords and tenants in negotiation and drafting of commercial and residential leases. Represents developers in the creation of condominiums, including conversions and mixed-use projects. Represents lenders and other businesses in connection with a variety of commercial law matters, including issues relating to Article 9 secured financing. Advises businesses with respect to entity formation, corporate authority issues, director and officer liability, and other corporate matters. Admitted in all Virginia state courts.

Kelly Forst has been an attorney in New York since 2000. Since that time, she has helped hundreds of clients navigate their separations and marriage dissolutions, and has also represented hundreds of children in divorce, custody and other matters. Over the last two decades, her practice's core principles in family law have been peacemaking and problem solving. She was the Chair of the Family Law Section of the Monroe County Bar Association (MCBA) from 2012–2014 and has served on numerous Boards and Committees of various professional organizations, including the MCBA, CLARA (Collaborative Law Association of the Rochester Area) and the New York Chapter of AFCC (Association of Family & Conciliation Courts). Ms. Forst was admitted to practice law in Virginia in 2016 and was trained in tax preparation and planning in 2015. Ms. Forst prepares individual state and federal income tax returns, and her ability to recognize and understand the tax implications of a variety of issues in divorce adds value to her services. Picture In April of 2018, Ms. Forst was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Florida, and now maintains practices in the Orlando area (Celebration) and in Rochester, NY. In 2019, her leadership and dedication to Collaborative Practice was recognized when she was selected by the Collaborative Law Association of Central Florida to represent the organization at the statewide Leadership Institute. She is an agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company through the Lawyer’s Fund in Florida and has nearly 30 years of experience as a real estate professional, including five years as a real estate agent, ten years as a real estate paralegal and over twenty years representing clients in the purchase and sale of real property and in real estate litigation matters.

Ben is an attorney who brings a social work background and legal expertise to Ritter & Randolph, where he practices in the areas of real estate, civil litigation, probate/estate/trust administration, and business and corporate law. He strives to make clients feel comfortable in the most difficult situations, leaning on his experience in mental health. He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Yeshiva University in New York City and a master’s degree in social work from The Ohio State University. As a Ritter & Randolph attorney, Ben focuses on effectively resolving clients’ legal issues, guiding them through the process while helping them make tough decisions. He graduated cum laude from Capital University Law School, where he served as an ad hoc member on the university’s board of trustees and Law Council of Capital University Law School. Off-hours, you’ll find Ben hiking nature trails in the Cincinnati area, rollerblading along the Ohio River or playing ice hockey on a rec team.

Attorney Leon started practicing law because of his interest in real estate and criminal defense work. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the Oakland campus of the University of Pittsburgh. He went to Duquesne’s School of Law downtown in order to obtain his Juris Doctor. Corey is a licensed real estate agent. In Law School, he worked at law firms which focused on a wide array law including civil, criminal and real estate law. Prior to joining Stoner Law, Corey interned at the Public Defender’s Office and the District Attorney’s Office of Allegheny County. He obtained his real estate license and opened his own company dedicated to fixing and renting out real property. After work, you can find him either at the gym, or renovating one of his homes. He prefers to do the improvements himself. He is a long-time Pittsburgher. Living in Clinton, Pennsylvania near the Pittsburgh International Airport and later moving to Beaver County; but never being far from the city.

Michael is the Managing Partner of Legal. He is also the Principal Broker and President of Security Real Estate, LLC located in Bountiful, Utah, and Vice President of Hepworth Investment Group, LLC, which is a real estate development company.

A graduate from McGeorge School of Law, with a Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Engineering, and extensive Real Estate experience, she is our resident expert in Estate Planning, Real Estate Law, and Mediation. When you need your legal work done right, she's who you want in your corner.

My Journey... I first thought of pursuing a career as an attorney when I was taking a course in the inequalities of our judicial system during my undergrad work at Penn State. By the time I finished that course, I had made up my mind to attend law school and become an attorney. Once I graduated law school and passed the Bar Exam, the first area of law I practiced was a Pro-Bono case involving child custody. Today I still practice Family Law as well as Real Estate and Estate Planning, Criminal, Business, Probate and Contracts. My Focus... I love these areas of law because I am a people person and all of these areas of practice bring me face to face with real people. Helping people through the most difficult time in there life during a divorce or helping people embark on a wonderful moment in their life by helping them buy their first home, either way I am here to help and enjoy what I do. I know it sound cliche, but I truly enjoy helping people...that is what it is all about. Helping real people with real problems and guiding them through with as little stress as possible. My Mission... I offer my clients personal attention, customer service and caring and compassionate legal assistance. I pride myself in always calling my clients back when they call me. Christopher J. Finley is the Managing Attorney at Finley Law Firm. He practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust dispute law. Chris is motivated by the proactive nature of estate planning and utilizes strategies to bring peace of mind to his clients and prevent court action. His former practice areas include commercial litigation, real estate law, employment law, contract law, collections, and business organization and administration. He has extensive experience as support for complex commercial and civil litigation matters, including claims in such areas as civil RICO, fraud and fraudulent transfer, real estate, medical malpractice, personal injury, and bankruptcy adversary proceedings. Chris was selected with the Mountain States Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020.

My passion for helping people started in childhood when I traveled with my father, a country doctor, to visit ill and elderly patients. Unknowing to my father, his care and attention to the needs of patients taught me how to help my clients. I have been married for over 30 years. My life-long hobby is magic. I am a Magician Member of the Academy of Magical Arts at the Magic Castle in Hollywood, California. I enjoy performing magic several times a year at the close-up tables located throughout the Magic Castle. I graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School (January 1996), Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, fifth in my class of over 200. My undergraduate degrees are from Regis College (May 1986), Cum Laude, with a double bachelors in Accounting and Business Administration. My professional licenses are Certified Public Accountant (Nevada 1990); Attorney at Law, Nevada (1996) and Colorado (1997). I am also a Bar Member of the United States Supreme Court and Tax Court. The focus of my law practice is to assist individuals to prepare for and navigate life changing events with estate and business planning, trust and probate litigation, accounting and tax planning and preparation.
