John J. Schrot, Jr.’s legal career has predominantly focused on family law. He also served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Harold H. Bobier, Judge of the U.S. District Court in Bankruptcy for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Mr. Matulewicz has won numerous honors, including national championships in high school, and the National Moot Court competition in law school. He received his B.A. Magna Cum Laude from St. Anselm's College, and graduated with honors from Loyola University School of Law. Since January of 1977, Alexander F.X. A native of Greenville, South Carolina, Mr. Haskins graduated from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and interned with the South Carolina House of Representatives, the South Carolina Senate, and worked as a Special Assistant in the Public Affairs Division for the South Carolina Office of the Attorney General. Mr. Haskins then attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, where he obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. At Florida Coastal, he was Parliamentarian of the Student Bar Association Legislature and Chief Justice of the Honor Court. Having graduated Florida Coastal in two and one-half years, Mr. Haskins passed the Alaska Bar Examination and became a Member of the Alaska Bar Association. After Florida Coastal, he attended American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., where he obtained his Master of Law (LL.M.) degree in Law & Government, specializing in Law, Politics, and Legislation, with a concentration on Civil & Constitutional Rights. While at American, he interned in the United States Senate and was a Legal Fellow for United States Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC). Mr. Haskins also helped found the Alaska Bar Association Federal Regulatory Practice Section in Washington, D.C. Returning to South Carolina, Mr. Haskins passed the South Carolina Bar Examination and became a Member of the South Carolina Bar. David is a versatile Florida attorney with a diverse background in corporate, trust, and investment law. He graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a finalist in the Charles C. Papy Moot Court Competition, and received highest honors in pretrial, trial, and business litigation skills. He possesses a substantial amount of pretrial, trial, and appellate litigation experience, having first chaired and second chaired multiple jury trials to verdict on both the plaintiff and defense side, while authoring a multitude of appellate briefs in Florida’s district courts of appeal, some of which resulted in precedent setting opinions. He currently advises high-net-worth individuals and families on business succession planning, asset protection, and investment decisions, and works closely with c-suite experts and national law firms on cases involving banking, investment, and wealth advisory disputes. David is also an active and respected member of the academic community, having lectured at the University of Miami School of Law on the subjects of appellate advocacy and upper-level legal research and writing, and personally coached and judged members of UM’s moot court team. He has spoken at City Hall and County Commission hearings, and authored several publications on appellate practice and fiduciary duty. David was also ranked as one of the top 25 junior tennis players in the United States, top 10 in the state of Florida, and was rated a 5 star recruit by the tennis recruiting network before attending the University of South Carolina on academic and athletic scholarship.
