Robert P. Kramer began his legal journey while earning his law degree by serving as front-end supervisor at Builder’s Square — a position he held to underwrite his education. He received his Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 1993. Ronnie was born and raised in New York. He has always had a passion for the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Throughout high school, college, and law school he made many trips out west to spend time on the ski slopes. During that time he also discovered a love for business and the law. He attended Cornell University for their excellent business program, and received his Bachelor's of Science in Business Management and Marketing in 1999. While attending Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law he was able to spend a summer at the Central European University where he concentrated his studies on alternative dispute resolution techniques including arbitration, mediation, and negotiation. He received his Juris Doctorate with a concentration in alternative dispute resolution and intellectual property in 2003. With a law degree in hand, Ronnie moved to Colorado to be nearer to the mountains he loves. He was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2003. Since then, Ronnie has focused his legal career to assist clients in the areas of intellectual property (i.e., copyrights, trademarks, and patents), business, real estate, personal injury and probate law. When Ronnie is not working, he is happily enjoying all the wonderful outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer: skiing, mountain biking, tennis, white water rafting, and four-wheeling.

I am passionate about helping people formulate plans to reach their goals. Since 1999, I have been involved in that process with hundreds of clients as a professional in the financial services industry. In 2011, I enrolled at Arizona Summit Law School. It wasn’t always easy balancing family and school while maintaining a growing financial services company. But with the help of my wife and others, along with some divine intervention, I graduated with honors (summa cum laude) in 2014. The rest is history. Now I spend my time helping individuals and families create and maintain solid estate plans – truly an important work! On a more personal note: Before becoming an attorney, I grew up in Scottsdale, went to Horizon High School, and then joined the United States Marine Corps Reserves. Following my active duty training, I went on a 2 year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and later graduated from Arizona State University – go Sun Devils! A fourth-generation Texan, Frank E. Scofield was born to ranch work and the outdoors. Prior to completing undergraduate studies at UT Austin, he worked as an auto mechanic, oil rig roughneck, printer's assistant, and seasonal IRS employee. Subsequently, Frank was employed by the Army & Air Force Exchange Service to provide managerial and financial oversight for a variety of retail and service operations. He returned to Texas in 1975 to work as an auditor and special projects coordinator for then State Comptroller Bob Bullock and to attend graduate school at the University of Texas. Frank maintains active client practices both as a CPA and as an attorney while filling the role of Managing Shareholder at both firms. He has served the community as a member of the Rollingwood City council and, for many years, as a Scoutmaster.
