Arnold H. Pedowitz is a Partner with Pedowitz & Meister LLP in New York where he practices plaintiff-side employment law. Mr. Pedowitz is a member of the American Bar Association and has been chosen as a Super Lawyer in each year since 2006. He earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and his LL.M. from New York University School of Law. Mr. Pedowitz served as an Adjunct Professor at Benjamin N. Schlissel has been practicing law for more than 40 years. He attended Hofstra University School of Law and SUNY at Buffalo Law School. He received a scholarship to study international protection of human rights at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, France. He is currently a member of the New York State, Nassau County, Queens County, and Suffolk County Bar Associations, and served two terms as the President of the Commercial Lawyers Conference of New York, a regional bar association.

Joseph C. Maya believes in providing large firm experience but with small firm communication and attention. His practice areas of the law include divorce, employment, personal injury, criminal and tax law. Joseph is a Managing Partner of Maya Murphy, the firm he established in 1993 located in New York, NY and Westport, CT.

Thomas Stagg, managing partner at Stagg Wabnik Law Group, LLP, focuses his practice on commercial, general and appellate litigation. He represents clients in federal and state courts in New York and New Jersey, as well as in Connecticut federal court, and has argued before New York's highest court, the Court of Appeals, on behalf of international banking clients. Each year since 2003 Thomas has achieved an "AV" Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, which is assigned to lawyers who have reached the height of professional excellence and who are recognized for the highest levels of skill and integrity. He has also been selected annually as a New York Metro Super Lawyer since 2012. On behalf of corporate, municipal and private clients, he has successfully litigated numerous actions involving federal and state environmental laws, class action constitutional and land use issues. He has also served as counsel to a large municipality in its negotiations with New York State for a multimillion dollar grant and regularly represents clients in trust and estates litigation and administration matters. Thomas completed advanced commercial mediation training and is an active member of the Southern District of New York Mediation Panel and the New York State Commercial Division Mediation Panel in New York, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties. He has also been certified as a guardian ad litem by New York State. In addition, Thomas is registered with and has volunteered hundreds of hours to the American Bar Association's Military Pro Bono Project, a nationwide program that connects junior-enlisted servicemembers in need of pro bono legal help with volunteer attorneys throughout the nation. He is a 2015 recipient of the ABA Military Pro Bono Project Outstanding Services Award. After graduating from the State University of New York at Binghamton and St. John's University School of Law, where he was Associate Notes and Comments Editor of St. John's Journal of Legal Commentary, Thomas began his legal career with the Washington, D.C. based firm of Beveridge & Diamond. His publications include, as coauthor, "Contractual Protection: An Existing Remedy for Bondholder Distress." 4 St. John's Journal of Legal Commentary 2. He lectures on environmental lender liability and has served on the Long Island Sound Nonpoint Source Pollution Committee.

Attorney Epstein graduated with his J.D. from Touro College. Attorney Epstein practices Divorce & Family Law, Criminal, Accident & Injury, Estate, and Real Estate Law. Mr. Epstein is has been a member of the New York Bar since 1992.

Algis Sirvaitis brings a wealth of experience in the law, having practiced in the Cleveland area since 1966. He is well versed in many areas of the law, and currently focuses his practice on the following areas: - Wills and Trusts - Probate Administration of Estates and Guardianships - Elder Law and Medicaid - Federal Taxation Algis Sirvaitis is a graduate of Cathedral Latin High School, John Carroll University with a B.A. in History. He was a teacher at St. Edward’s High School and worked in the Legal Department of Juvenile Court while attending Cleveland State University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he graduated with a J.D. in 1966.

Larry Huddleston was admitted to the Bar in 1977 and has been an estate planning attorney for more than 20 years. He was in the first class of Certified in Ohio as Specialists in Trust, Probate, and Estate Planning. He has taught estate planning in almost half the states in America to attorneys, accountants, physicians, and many others in groups from 10 to 1,000. He participates in several professional organizations from trade associations to "think tanks." He is rated "10.0 Superb" by AVVO.com and "AV Pre-eminent" by Lawyers.Com/Martindale-Hubbell. He is enthusiastic about his work and intends to keep at it for many years. Larry (or "C L" to his close friends) carries a single-digit golf handicap at Scioto Country Club, is a passable fly fisherman, an active pilot ("Air Gramps" to his grandsons), still enters ski races occasionally and sings bass in the Upper Arlington Lutheran Church choir. He is a graduate of Portsmouth (Ohio) High School, Muskingum College, and Capital University School of Law. Prior to starting his estate planning career, he was a general practice attorney, litigator, financial regulator, expert witness in "banker misbehavior" cases, and a financial institutions merger and acquisitions consultant. He lives in Upper Arlington with Debbie, his patient wife of 40 years. They have two grown daughters and two grandsons.
