Mr. Amoni has been practicing law since 1977, is a member of the Illinois State Bar and Federal Trial Bar. Mr. Amoni has a Top 100 Illinois Trial Attorneys rating (American Trial Attorneys Association). Mr. Amoni has been recognized as an Illinois Super Lawyer, and is an associate member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has served on the Civil Practice and Tort Law Committees of the Illinois State Bar and the Civil Practice Committee of the Kane County Bar Association. Mr. Amoni has attended Allerton Civil Practice Conferences and the Illinois Supreme Court "Future of the Courts of Illinois" Conference. Gordon H. Robert H. Cooper, Esquire, is the owner of The Cooper Law Firm and has practiced bankruptcy law almost exclusively since 1990. Mr. Cooper practices in all areas of bankruptcy law, with a focus on consumer and business cases. "Bob" Cooper, as he is known by all, received his law degree (Juris Doctorate) from The University of South Carolina. He has been a member of the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association since its inception in 1990. He has served on its Board of Directors since 1999. Additionally, he is a past member of The South Carolina Bankruptcy Court Local Rules Committee, and has served as its chairman, as well. He has been appointed by the court to serve on committees that have shaped bankruptcy policies within the state of South Carolina and has served as Vice Chairman and co-chairman of the Annual Seminar Planning Committee of the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association. He has litigated difficult issues, some of which had never before been litigated on behalf of debtors in this state and has set new law regarding certain of these legal issues. Mr. Melehy began his legal career in 1987 as a judicial law clerk to Maryland Court of Appeals Judge William H. Adkins II, followed by eight years as an Assistant Attorney General with the Maryland Attorney General’s Office. During that time, he developed significant courtroom experience and became a seasoned trial lawyer. Since 1997, Mr. Melehy has focused on advocating for employees in disputes involving wage violations, discrimination, and other workplace injustices, representing clients across both the private sector and federal government. He has secured numerous favorable verdicts, judgments, and settlements, many of which have resulted in lasting changes to employment law. The founder and owner of Coleman Family Law is Pamela Coleman. Ms. Coleman graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Minor in Marketing from the University of Minnesota; receiving her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Mary in 2004; and attaining her Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law in December 2007 becoming a licensed attorney in North Dakota in May 2008. Ms. Coleman became licensed in the State of Minnesota in March 2018. Prior to law school, Ms. Coleman worked with State and County Government for nearly 20 years. As a law student, Ms. Coleman clerked for Judge B.J. Jones, Tribal Justice Institute, at the University of North Dakota in all areas of tribal law; and Johnston Law Office. Ms. Coleman worked for Johnston Law Office for eight years before partnering with Jacey Johnston forming Johnston & Coleman in February 2016. Coleman Family Law opened in May 2020. Wade has been an attorney since 1975 in the Denver, Colorado area. He graduated from Duke University with his bachelor’s degree, then moved to Denver in 1971 to attend Denver University’s Sturm College of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Wade immediately started his own firm and began helping individuals in need. Wade’s passion for helping people can be seen through his many years in the legal profession and also in his membership with the Bikers Against Child Abuse. He is currently a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, a graduate of the Colorado Trial Lawyers College, and the attorney for the Colorado Confederation of Clubs. Scott Kessler specializes in Personal Injury matters, including Motor Vehicle Accidents, Slip and Fall Accidents, Truck Accidents, and Dog Bite cases. Mr. Kessler also specializes in Workers’ Compensation cases, and was for ten years recognized by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Workers’ Compensation Law Attorney. Mr. Kessler has been named a total of thirteen times to the annual “Super Lawyers” list published in New Jersey Monthly Magazine, for his work in the areas of both Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury law. Appearing in the New Jersey Supreme Court, Mr. Kessler successfully fought to establish new legal precedents and expand the rights of injured workers in the Supreme Court case of Sager vs. O. A. Peterson Construction Co., and has appeared in New Jersey’s Appellate Division on several additional matters. He was the Acting Municipal Prosecutor for Freehold Borough from 1990 – 1991, and has also served as a Monmouth County Public Defender Pool Attorney, and as a private Criminal Defense attorney. Mr. Kessler has been the Managing Shareholder of Team Law since 2012, and has been the Managing Attorney of the Team Law Workers’ Compensation Department since 1991. Mr. Kessler graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1980, and received his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in 1988. He became licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, in 1988. He has served as a Vice-President of The New Jersey Advisory Council on Safety and Health, a workers’ rights advocacy group, since 2008, and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New Jersey Association of Justice.

Ryan P. Barry received his B.A., with honors, from the University of Connecticut and his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law. During law school, Attorney Barry worked as a Judicial Extern for United States District Court Judge Dominic J. Squatrito. He was also selected to membership on The Connecticut Law Review and is the author of "ERISA's Purpose: The Conveyance of Information from Trustee to Beneficiary," 31 Conn. L. Rev. 735 (1999). Attorney Barry is admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Manchester Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Connecticut Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Connecticut Association of Municipal Attorneys. In July 2018, Attorney Barry was appointed by the judges of the Superior Court to serve for a 3-year term on the Statewide Grievance Committee. Attorney Barry is also a Life Fellow of the Connecticut Bar Foundation, membership for which is by invitation only, and is evidence of professional distinction. He has been named to Connecticut Super Lawyers List since 2020 for his work in personal injury.
