Thomas J. Giordano, Jr. joined the firm in October 2005 and currently heads the Social Security Disability department, where he focuses his practice solely on obtaining Social Security Disability benefits for disabled individuals. Mr. Giordano has represented individuals before Administrative Law Judges throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. He has been invited by labor and disability organizations as well as physicians throughout the tri-state area to lecture on Social Security Disability law. He is currently a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR) as well as a member of the Social Security Disability law section of the American Association of Justice.Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate with a large Philadelphia defense firm where he represented self-insured and commercial insured businesses in a wide variety of industries, as well as to third-party administrators throughout Pennsylvania. He also served as a legal intern for the Philadelphia District Office of Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.Mr. Giordano is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, in communications from Towson University in Maryland. He received his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Associations, and the Trial Lawyers for Public Justice. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Epilepsy Foundation of Eastern Pennsylvania.

Attorney Vance Jennings joined Brent Adams & Associates in 2004 and is now an owner/partner in the law firm. His practice mostly concentrates on Social Security Disability law, ERISA short and long-term disability claims, and private short and long-term disability claims. Vance is certified by the NC State Bar as a Board Certified Specialist in Social Security Disability law. Only a select number of attorneys receive this honor. It is not easy to become a Board Certified Social Security Benefits Specialist. Attorneys must pass a written test and take continuing education courses. They must be recommended by their peers and work substantially on cases in the Social Security Disability field. We’ll do everything we can to push their claim forward and try to take some of the weight off their shoulders.” Before launching Jackson & MacNichol, Jack practiced general civil and criminal litigation, including employee benefits and personal injury cases. “We narrowed it down to doing Social Security disability cases,” Jack says. “I decided it was something I enjoyed, and I was good at it.” After he had established his Social Security disability practice, a change in federal legislation allowed Jack to expand the firm’s practice areas to include the representation of veterans seeking disability benefits. “It’s nice to give back to people who served our country, and it’s an area where people need enormous help and support,” he says. In addition to representing clients before the Veterans’ Administration, Jack has pursued claims before the Court of Appeals for Veterans’ Claims and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. “In both Social Security and veterans’ claims, we pursue cases on appeal, which is not something that a lot of other firms will do,” he says. “Nobody wins all of their cases, and that includes us. But I think if you asked any judge or client, they would say that we work hard and do our best to make every case a winning case.” Jack graduated summa cum laude from Bowdoin College in 1974. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of Maine School of Law in 1977, where he was on the law review staff and a member of the national moot court competition team. While in law school, he was selected to participate in the Mental Health Law Project in Washington, D.C. He also has been honored by awards from the Maine Bar Foundation for his pro bono work with the Volunteer Lawyers Project. In his spare time, Jack enjoys reading and traveling with his family.

Scott S. London is the founder of London Disability. He began practicing law with The Law Office of Fred S. London P.C. in 1996 and founded London Disability in 2014. His practice areas include Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI). He is also a long-time member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR). Daniel practices exclusively in Social Security disability matters. He has represented thousands of clients over the past decade in Social Security disability claims. Daniel has represented individuals at all stages of the process from initial applications to the Appeals Council. His experience includes representing over two thousand claimants before Administrative Law Judges in 25 states across the country. Daniel received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University Bloomington and moved to Minnesota to attend Hamline University School of Law. During law school, Daniel represented hundreds of clients as a Certified Student Attorney. This experience allowed him to gain communication and advocacy skills at an early stage of his legal career. In 2021, Daniel co-founded MLG Disability with the goal of continuing to provide legal representation to those most in need of help, individuals struggling with disabilities. In his free time, Daniel enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two daughters. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives.

Max Leifer has been practicing civil law since 1972 and is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Federal Court. He is a 32nd Degree Mason; a member of various religious and civil organizations, and is associated with numerous Bar Associations. Michael J. Parker earned his undergraduate degree in history from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2001 and went on to receive his J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University in 2004. Mr. Parker has focused his practice on advocating for the disabled for almost fifteen years. He is a board-certified Social Security Disability Advocate by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification, an American Bar Association accredited organization. Mr. Parker has been recognized for his legal expertise as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star, which represents the top 2.5 percent of all attorneys under the age of 40 in 2010-2017. In January of 2018, Mr. Parker spearheaded the formation of our Pond Lehocky’s Long-Term Disability Department. Mr. Parker has taken his passion for representing disabled individual and applied to helping disabled individuals who are wrongfully denied insurance benefits.
