I am the managing attorney at Pearson Disability Law, LLC. I practice Social Security disability law exclusively and have helped thousands of disabled individuals in the Chicagoland area receive benefits. I did my undergraduate work at University of Delaware and received my J.D. at New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. I have family members who have disabilities and know first-hand how difficult life can be. Because of this I have over the years developed a passion for helping people in need and trying to make a difference in people’s lives. Not many folks understand the impact of debilitating physical or mental impairments on one’s own life and on the lives of family and friends. I understand and am here to help navigate people through the complicated process of applying for and obtaining disability benefits. People come to me sick, desperate, frustrated, angry, and hopeless due to their circumstances. My goal is to help them through this trying time and get them the financial and medical assistance that they deserve. I personally manage all of our cases and as such you will have an attorney working on your case every step of the way. Lawrence D. Rohlfing has practiced disability law since 1985. Jeffrey Rabin has been representing individuals with disabilities and medical/legal issues since 1980. He began this law firm in 1988 to focus his practice in the representation of disabled persons seeking Social Security disability benefits. He and his associates have successfully represented Claimants nationally at all levels of the Social Security Administration's administrative process, in the United States District Court and in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.Despite his law practice and family, Jeff has remained active in the community. He is a member of the Board of Directors of both the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Association of Illinois, and the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia & Chemical Sensitivities Coalition of Chicago (CFCCC). Jeff has also volunteered with the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Northern Illinois as a member of both the Government/Advocacy Committee and the Professional Advisory Committee. Finally he has been elected twice as a member of the local School Board in Deerfield, IL.Jeff has monitored message boards on the Internet to provide general information for people struggling with the Social Security disability programs and does a monthly chat for the American Pain Foundation on their Pain Aide web site. He has also been asked to serve as a guest expert at other live Internet sites.Jeff graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 1980 and from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1977 with a Bachelor of Journalism degree.

Garrett J. TenHave-Chapman is the founding attorney for Solomon Law Firm PLLC. He is a litigator with over twenty-five years of experience. Garrett focuses on Social Security Disability, Workers' Compensation, Personal Bankruptcy and Child Custody, Immigration and Motor Vehicle Law. He also is experienced in appellate law, veterans' benefits, landlord-tenant, criminal law, insurance defense, entertainment law, environmental due diligence, and general litigation. Garrett has advocated for both plaintiffs and defendants. I am a member of the Dubuque County Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association.

Attorney Mandy L. Kelly received her law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Prior to law school, Mrs. Kelly received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration-Pre Law from Michigan State University. Mandy previously worked for the University of Detroit Mercy’s non-profit organization, Project SALUTE, helping low-income veterans obtain military compensation and pension benefits. She has traveled the country training attorneys from other firms on how to best represent our veterans. Mrs. Kelly has focused her practice on helping disabled veterans returning home from serving our country. She works tirelessly to help our veterans fight yet another battle in obtaining their disability benefits before both the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Social Security Administration. Mrs. Kelly has also been recognized as a top 10 best attorney for exceptional and outstanding client service by the American Institute of Legal Counsel. Attorney Dana W. Duncan is a native Wisconsinite, whose family has lived in the State since the 1840s. He comes from a family of hard-working people – his grandparents were dairy farmers and his parents were factory workers. He grew up understanding hard work and earning a paycheck. Attorney Duncan has experience and understanding of what clients are going through – his mother was a diabetic who went blind due to retinopathy in her 40s. He watched her cry over having to quit the job she loved. He also looked on as his father fought an insurance company over a back injury and then fought the Veteran’s Administration to give him his VA rating. Next, his father had to fight Social Security to give him disability benefits when his military injuries and age forced him to quit working later in life. These events profoundly changed him and changed his views about disability and workers’ compensation. He has built his career to assist those who need his aid. For these reasons, Duncan Disability Law S.C. was established. Originally from Beloit, Wisconsin, Dana has lived in the Wisconsin Rapids area since 1994 where he founded Duncan Disability Law S.C. He has represented thousands of disabled clients throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota in Social Security law and workers' compensation. As an amateur historian, Attorney Duncan loves books on history and biography and leads a civil war roundtable. Duncan has become a well-known Social Security and workers' compensation attorney. In 2011, and more recently in 2016, he was a speaker at the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR) convention, and also in 2017 at the National Association of Disability Representatives conference, speaking as an expert in his field.
