David Niebauer is an attorney with over 25 years of domestic and international corporate finance experience, with a particular focus on technology companies and intellectual property. Founder and Injury Attorney of Maniscalco, Law, P.C. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, and moved with his family to Lancaster, South Carolina in 1974. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, wherein he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science with a minor in Philosophy in 1985. In 1983, the University of South Carolina Political Science College awarded him the Ambassador Scholarship for his academic achievement in Political Science. As a recipient of the Ambassador Scholarship, he was selected to represent the University of South Carolina at the University of Kent at Canterbury, England during the academic year of 1983 through 1984 where he obtained an equivalent of magna cum laude ranking amongst his British counterparts. At the University of Kent, he received praise for his work ethic that resulted in the discovery of political ideas and arguments that brought out his "best combative mode," making him an "excellent value in seminars — a lesson to his British contemporaries whom he and ebulliently dominated." In 1984, he also received special recognition for his outstanding scholastic achievement at the University of South Carolina from Phi Alpha Theta, the International History Honor Society, and also from the Golden Key International Honor Society. He earned his Juris Doctorate at St. John's University School of Law in 1988. He began his legal career in Atlanta, Georgia in 1989 as an associate attorney representing personal injury plaintiffs, workers' compensation claimants, and plaintiffs against insurance companies for insurance policy breach of contract claims. In 1991, after the trial of an insurance policy breach of contract claim in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, he was offered a position as an associate attorney by the counsel for the opposing party at that trial. He eventually accepted that offer and became an associate attorney for that insurance defense law firm where he represented insurance companies in first-party insurance contract litigation and subrogation litigation for recovery of property and casualty losses. He became a member of the subrogation department at that law firm, where he represented the interest of insurance companies against product manufacturers, product distributors, contractors and subcontractors for property damage losses, which included national civil litigation in United States Federal Courts where he was admitted pro hac vitae in those jurisdictions. His subrogation litigation included claims against product manufacturers and distributors of defective and dangerous products and claims against general contractors and subcontractors for defective and dangerous construction. In 1993, he opened his law practice devoting his practice primarily to the representation of injured workers and personal injury victims. His experience in representing the interests of insurance companies has proven to be invaluable with respect to the representation of workers' compensation claimants and personal injury plaintiffs and has allowed him to broaden his practice to claims against building contractors for negligent construction and insurance companies for breach of insurance policy contracts. He witnessed firsthand the institutionalized policy of many insurance companies to delay, deny, and underpay claims made by their own insureds. His experience in working for the "other side" has reaffirmed what he had believed since he made the decision to become a lawyer: that the interest of the rich and powerful must be met with tenacious and committed representation on behalf of the average American. His commitment to his clients is his primary focus. He has been trying cases for thirty years. He has obtained civil judgments on behalf of plaintiffs as high as $2,600,000.00 and has obtained millions for plaintiffs and claimants since opening his practice in 1994. Jason D. Jones, Esq., our office’s founder, opened our office in 2018 after working for well over a decade in trusts & estates, estate administration, and taxation matters in both international and domestic estate planning areas. With B.A and M.A. degrees from Yale University and University of Chicago, Mr. Jones worked as a corporate paralegal at Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, specializing in airline lease transactions and other corporate matters. Mr. Jones also worked as the sole non-native Japanese paralegal at the former Komatsu Koma Nishikawa LLP, located in Tokyo, Japan, while on scholarship to complete work on his master's thesis. ​ Upon his return to the United States, Mr. Jones worked as a paralegal at Morrison Foerster LLP and at Loeb Block LLP, a boutique firm specializing in international trusts & estates matters for high net worth foreign individuals. While at Loeb Block LLP, Mr. Jones began his study at Fordham Law School and developed his interest in all trusts & estates related matters, including advanced work in estate taxation. During the summers as a law student, Mr. Jones interned at both the Queens County Surrogate’s Court, among other places, to augment his practical experience. After his admission to the New York Bar, Mr. Jones worked as an associate at Heidner Law Firm, where he worked on trusts & estates matters for high net worth individuals, primarily from Brazil but also from other Latin American countries. Selected matters included U.S. based real estate purchases for foreign clients, forming offshore entities in Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands. Mr. Jones next joined Eisenberg & Baum LLP as an associate in order to to serve more U.S. clients on a wider array of domestic estate planning and probate matters. At Eisenberg & Baum LLP, Mr. Jones worked in all Surrogate’s Courts city-wide, as well as in Westchester, Nassau and Suffolk counties. He soon realized that this work was most closely aligned with his mission: to assist all families and individuals with their domestic estate planning objectives while providing an empathetic ear towards the vital skills required of a trusts & estates practitioner towards his/her/their clients. To date, Mr. Jones has served as trustee on two different multimillion dollar trusts concerning notable figures and has prepared hundreds of Wills and revocable trusts. In addition, Mr. Jones has prepared family limited partnerships, irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts, and other sophisticated estate planning devices. Mr. Jones has completed many probate and administration proceedings, small estate (voluntary) administration proceedings, resolved inheritance disputes, and handled formation and dissolution matters of limited liability companies and corporations. JoHanna was born in Colorado and completed her undergraduate work at Colorado State University with a B.S. in finance. She completed law school at the University of North Dakota. After law school, JoHanna moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico. She received a PhD in Economics which focused on the development of a stabilized international digital currency that transcends exchange rates. JoHanna’s career has covered legal work, national and international product development and market analysis and many other facets of business and ecommerce. JoHanna has also served on state and national technology boards as an attorney and advisor.

Mr. Stroleny is a lifelong Coconut Grove resident whose family has been part of the community for more than a century. He attended MAST Academy and earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida International University, later continuing on to FIU College of Law. During law school, he gained early courtroom experience while working at a leading probate and guardianship firm, where he learned the value of dedication, preparation, and client-centered representation. He was elected class president, served as President of the FIU Trial Team, and led the team to a first-place national victory at the 16th Annual National White Collar Crime Mock Trial Invitational in Washington, D.C. Bonita B. Hwang Cho is principal at Cho Immigration Law, where she specializes in immigration and nationality law. Her practice includes employment-based immigration, national interest waivers and extraordinary ability visas. She also handles family-based immigration, citizenship matters, asylum, and deportation defense. The firm is woman and minority-owned. She received her J.D. degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and her B.S. degree in Business Administration at the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. Ms. Cho has been practicing law for over 28 years in Chicago and has been a member of multiple bar associations in various capacities. She was the first female president of the Korean American Bar Association in 2000, and is also a member and past co-chair for the Asylum Committee, EOIR Committee, and Conference Planning Committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She has also previously chaired the Immigration Law Committee for the Young Lawyers Division of the Chicago Bar Association and co-chaired the Solo/Small Firm Committee of the National Asian and Pacific American Bar Association. Remy Bumppo Theatre Company of Chicago performed a show titled, An Immigrant Class as part of their thinkTank series. After the performance, Ms. Cho presented a post-show discussion regarding the legal challenges facing immigrants and the businesses who wish to hire them. And in the spring of 2009, Ms. Bonita Hwang Cho was interviewed by ABC7 for a segment titled “Asian Influences: Dream America” and gave her input on Asian immigrant issues. Ms. Cho has also appeared on the Illinois State Bar Association’s Illinois Law cable program on CAN-TV Cable Channel 21. Mentorship of younger attorneys has also been important to Ms. Cho. At this conference for Korean American women and girls, she spoke on family, career and service. Ms. Cho in 2014 also spoke at a leadership forum sponsored by the Council of Korean Americans, the Korean American Bar Association, the Korean American Coalition of Chicago, the Korean American Association of Chicago, and Kollaboration Chicago. The panel was entitled “The Legal Profession in Today’s World: Different Paths to Success.” Ms. Cho has even spoken to high school students at Epic Academy in Chicago taking an Immigration Reform Intensive Seminar. At this time, Ms. Cho continues to serve as a mentor to young attorneys through the Korean American Bar Association. Ms. Cho also strives to stay involved in the community. Currently, she is on the Board of Directors at Cornerstone Counseling Center of Chicago, a non-profit that provides mental health services to various communities in Chicago. Within CCCOC’s mission statement is a social justice tenet to provide mental health counseling even to those who cannot afford it through a sliding fee scale. She is also an active member of her church and is involved with the Women’s Committee, Newcomers’ Committee and Facilities Committee. Amy is a graduate of Drexel University, holding dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and International Area Studies. Following graduation from college, she earned her law degree from Widener University School of Law.
