Jason began his legal career in high school working as a legal assistant for a personal injury firm in Florida, where he learned the ins-and-outs of operating a law firm. He then attended the University of South Florida from 2000 to 2004 and then moved on to Barry University School of Law in Orlando, FL for his legal degree. After graduating from Barry, Jason briefly worked at as a family and business law attorney before learning quickly that he wanted to work for himself, at which point he decided to start his first law firm with a focus on franchise law. Jason’s position within Franchise.Law is as Managing Attorney, which means he is responsible for helping new and established franchisors grow their businesses while simultaneously helping them understand their rights, duties, and obligations.
