William served in the Army National Guard for four years, including service as a tank commander in the Iraq War.

Zack received his Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University. While in law school, Zack was an ASU Law Student Ambassador, a volunteer for Court works (a Phoenix-area program that teaches moot court skills to middle school students), and Associate Management Editor for the Arizona State University Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. Zack has experience in both criminal and civil litigation. He has seen every side of criminal law cases – for the state in the prosecutor’s offices of Maricopa County, Arizona, and Weber County, Utah; for defendants at the Maricopa County, Arizona Public Defender’s Office; and for the judiciary, working as a clerk for the Utah State Courts. Zack also has experience in many areas of civil litigation. Following law school, Zack worked for Clarke Law Firm in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he assisted in cases that included family law, property law, contract law, employment law, and estate planning issues. Additionally, in his time with the courts, he has been able to work on a wide range of matters big and small. Whether you have a business law case, a family law matter, or any other type of civil litigation, Zack is always ready to take on a new challenge. When he’s not in the office, Zack is either spending time with his family, watching basketball, or teaching for the University of Utah, where he helps prospective law students as an LSAT prep instructor.

Stephen comes to the firm with a background in law enforcement. He has extensive experience in labor relations, including contract negotiations, grievance arbitrations, and employee discipline. He is a graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law, cum laude. While attending law school, Stephen served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Francis X. Flaherty in the Rhode Island Supreme Court and was a Presidential Scholarship recipient, as well as a member of the Honors Program. He was also a member of the 2014 Kappa II class of Leadership Rhode Island. Stephen is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
