He’s been through several serious injuries himself, including a motorcycle accident at the age of 17 when he lost his left leg, just above the knee. Eugene Mogilevsky received his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis in 2006. He graduated from Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science. He is currently admitted to practice before Indiana State courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He worked for Bankruptcy Law Offfice of Mark S. Zuckerberg, P.C. in 2008-2012 proudly serving thousands of consumers needing debt relief. He worked for Doyle Legal Corporation, P.C. in 2012-2014 representing major clients in mortgage foreclosure actions. He has been a faculty member and a lecturer in the Basics of Individual Bankruptcy (2010) and Annual Bankruptcy Institute (2011) seminars He practices primarily in the areas of consumer bankruptcy (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13), mortgage foreclosure defense, immigration, and general litigation. As a former immigrant from the Soviet Union, he had to learn the immigration rules and laws before he even started college, and is compassionate about helping other individuals and families get legalized in the United States of America. He is bilingual (English and Russian languages) and enjoys script writing for comedy clubs and producing comedy and musical shows.

During Raymond’s practice, which spans over a decade, he has gained extensive experience in all facets of complex litigation. His expertise includes litigation of employment, general liability, class action, construction, products, and general business litigation matters – from start through trial, and appeal. Further, he has prepared volumes of employment handbooks, construction and real estate disclosures and agreements, and general business contracts aimed to fully protect his clients and, when applicable, transfer risk to the appropriate parties. This allows Raymond to offer a unique perspective to his clients and create strategies for any scenario.

After graduating from Marian University in Indianapolis, Troy attended the Indiana University McKinney School of Law. While there, he was inducted into the prestigious Order of the Barristers, a national honor society recognizing effective oral advocacy and legal writing skills. He was also a semi-finalist in the Robert H. Staton Moot Court competition, held annually at I.U. McKinney School of Law. Troy interned with Indianapolis-based Thomas Law Firm, P.C., gaining valuable experience in several areas of practice. Troy is admitted to practice law in Indiana, as well as the United States District Court of Northern Indiana, and the United States District Court of Southern Indiana. Troy is a member of several civic and faith-based service organizations, and is an active member of the Indianapolis volunteer community. He is a participant in pro bono advocacy through the Indianapolis Bar Association, and also participates in the IBA’s pro bono hospice program. Troy also serves on the board of directors of several organizations, including J.L. Tyson Ministries (religious outreach), Family Promise of Indiana (homelessness prevention), and Grace Leadership Academy (education). He resides in Greenwood with his wife, Bianca.

Brad represents primarily small businesses, and so he practices primarily in the areas of law that small businesses need. As a practical matter, Brad helps companies form their businesses, deal with employees, draft and review contracts, and file or defend lawsuits when needed. Brad helps his clients on the “litigation” side of the law as well as on the “business” side. Brad has been rated as “AV” (preeminent) by his peers at Martindale-Hubbell. This is the highest possible rating. Before opening his practice in the East Valley in 1998, Brad practiced for several years at two large firms in downtown Phoenix: Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, PLC and Bryan Cave LLP. Brad graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in International Relations from Brigham Young University. He received his law degree with academic honors from the University of Chicago. Because his practice has a substantial litigation component, Brad has spent considerable time in court. Brad has represented clients in numerous jury trials in Superior Court, before the Arizona Court of Appeals, Arizona Supreme Court, and Federal District Court. Brad has also appeared with clients before various Justice Courts, administrative tribunals, and in many arbitrations and mediations. Brad also advises his clients on how to structure their businesses, how to maintain corporate and LLC records, how to negotiate and draft contracts, how to get their money if bills go unpaid, how to deal with employees, and how to manage their legal risk—all with an eye toward avoiding litigation if at all possible.

A partner of the firm, Michael Giordano serves as a trusted advisor to his clients. His broad range of experience representing both individuals and corporations in federal, state, and local courts allows him to provide personalized and strategic representation. Michael dedicates the time to understand his clients' complex matters and needs, prioritizing their goals and objectives whether strategizing, negotiating or advocating on their behalf. Michael practices in the federal and state courts of New York and New Jersey. His areas of focus include business and commercial litigation, real estate, and representation of individuals and businesses subjected to government investigations or charged with federal or state offenses. Michael serves as in-house counsel and strategic advisor to small and medium-size businesses, start-ups, and sole proprietorships. He provides legal guidance on a wide array of potential issues, including incorporating, structuring, restructuring, scaling and financing. Michael served as an editor for the Pace International Law Review and as a trial director on the Advocacy Honors Board where he coached and competed in national trial competitions. After graduating cum laude from Pace University School of Law, he served as an honors extern at the Westchester County District Attorney's Office. He interned for the Honorable Judge Travis L. Francis, A.J.S.C., New Jersey Superior Court, where he worked on matters including commercial liability coverage, commercial litigation, and administrative appeals. Mike is passionate about mentoring the next generation of lawyers and devotes time to appearing on panels and coaching trial teams at his alma mater.

Milo Schwab is a civil rights attorney who has spent his career advocating against government and corporate interests. Milo takes on the hard cases that others won’t take. Milo graduated from the University of Michigan Law School and has been practicing law for over 10 years. In 2020 Milo was the recipient of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Case of the Year Award in Abay v. City of Denver. Milo is licensed to practice in Colorado, New Jersey, New York and in the 7th and 10th Circuit respectively.

Attorney Ian E. Osking is 5th generation Floridian and a lifelong Treasure Coast resident. He graduated from Fort Pierce Westwood High School and obtained his undergraduate and master's degree from Jacksonville University (in 2010 and 2011, respectively), where he was 4 year starter on the JU Football Team. Ian received his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. During law school, Ian was enrolled a dual degree program and graduated with a certificate in business law. Since graduating law school, Ian has returned to the Treasure Coast to represent and serve the members of his community. Ian's practice is a broad general practice and he primarily works in areas of real property, title insurance, transactions, business law, civil litigation, probate litigation, and trust litigation, but he does handle several other areas when his clients need his assistance. Through his hard work, Ian strives to develop life-long client relationships. Ian and his family (he and his wife welcome their first child, Finn, in November of 2019, and their second child, Reaney, in January of 2022) currently live here in the Treasure Coast. When he is not representing his clients, Ian enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, hunting, golfing, and traveling with his family. In January of 2019, he was invited to return to his high school alma mater to speak at the 2019 Senior Class Pinning Ceremony. There Ian spoke about the opportunities that the graduating class had before them and he encouraged them to go forward and take advantage of those opportunities to be successful in life. Also, Ian has served on the board of directors for a local non-profit organization and he enjoys attending and supporting other non-profit events. Currently, Ian serves as the President of the St. Lucie Bar Association (previously served as the President-Elect and Treasurer). Ian has been appointed by the President-elect of the Florida Bar to serve on the Membership Benefits Committee of the Florida Bar. In 2020, Ian was first reviewed by his fellow attorneys and peers and has been rated as an AV Preeminent attorney by Martindale-Hubble and has maintained that high rating. In 2021, he was selected to the Rising Stars list rated by Super Lawyers and was selected by a vote of his peers to be included in the Palm Beach Media Group’s Stuart Magazine 2021 list of Top Lawyers.
