Brett M. Dieck graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business in 2003. In May 2009, Brett obtained his Juris Doctorfrom the University of Baltimore School of Law. Throughout law school, Brett worked as a law clerk for a small firm in Annapolis, Maryland and a large firm in Towson, Maryland. In December 2009, Brett was admitted to the Maryland State Bar and in September 2011 Brett was admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Brett is currently a member of the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA), the Baltimore County Bar Association, and the Baltimore City Bar Association. He graduated from Hofstra University of Law in 1982 with a Certificate of Excellence in Commercial Paper and has since published over 200 legal related articles which have appeared in the New York Law Journal, Entertainment Law and Finance, as well as The Music Paper to which he has contributed the popular "Legal Licks" column monthly since 1984. Steve is an active commercial arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and a much sought after public speaker on law related topics. He served on the Faculty Advisory Board of the Five Towns College for Music and is former counsel to the Long Beach Council for the Arts. He served multiple terms as Vice-President of the Nassau-Suffolk Horseman’s Association, an equine-based NY not-for-profit where he spearheaded legislative change on behalf of the equine industry.

Carlos D. Perez-Mesa has been an active trial attorney in New Jersey and Hawaii since 1986. In Hawaii, he has tried over 20 jury and bench trials to verdict in state and federal court and participated in over 300 arbitrations and meditations. Mr. Perez-Mesa has wide ranging experience practicing in both federal and state court handling a broad range of litigation, including products liability, construction law, employment discrimination, personal injury, the Americans with Disabilities Act, environmental law, automobile and slip and fall accidents, Title VII civil rights law and workers compensation law. Upon graduation of law school, Mr. Perez-Mesa served as a law clerk to Judge Nicholas in Mandak, Passaic County, New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Perez-Mesa focused on litigation concerning personal injury, employment discrimination, products liability and condominium law. He defended AIG™ and Farmers™ Insurance insureds involved in automobile and slip and fall accidents. Kellie Budd received her law degree from George Mason University School of Law and is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia. Kellie represents individual and business clients on a wide variety of matters including employment issues, entity formation, contract drafting,and litigating business disputes in state and federal courts. Kellie is licensed to practice in Virginia and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Mark Peake has been practicing law in the areas of personal injury, insurance defense, civil litigation, products liability, and criminal defense since 1988. He has extensive trial experience in Virginia’s state and federal courts, and he has successfully appealed a number of cases to the Supreme Court of Virginia. He is a former President of the Lynchburg Bar Association. In addition to his law practice, Mark represents Virginia’s 22nd Senate District in the Senate of Virginia, which includes the counties of Amherst, Appomattox, Buckingham, Cumberland, Fluvanna, Goochland, Prince Edward County, and parts of Louisa County and the City of Lynchburg. In the Virginia Senate, Mark serves on the Courts of Justice Committee, the Transportation Committee, the Education and Health Committee, and the Privileges and Elections Committee. Mark is a 1985 graduate of Virginia Tech, and he received his legal education at Washington & Lee University, where he was a member of the Washington & Lee Law Review.
