Mr. Connor D. Deverell earned his bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in French from the College of Charleston in 2009. He went on to receive his J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2012. While in law school, he served on the editorial board for the Loyola Law Review, and published the case note, “Defining A Corporation's ‘Principal Place Of Business’: The United States Supreme Court's Decision In Hertz Corp. V. Friend.” Mr. Deverell participated in numerous legal internships and volunteer activities, both in college and in law school. While studying abroad in Australia, he assisted refugees in obtaining residency and work visas as a volunteer for C.A.S.E. Law Firm for Refugees. As a law clerk for a legal services organization, he aided the homeless in securing public assistance. He also interned at a national healthcare law firm and a public defender’s office before becoming a project attorney at an international law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Deverell was an associate attorney for a disability and personal injury law firm prior to joining Disability Justice. He advocated for clients’ Social Security disability benefits in more than 900 hearings before administrative law judges..

Brad is a partner and member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Team, concentrating in commercial litigation in state and federal courts. He focuses his practice on commercial contract disputes, creditor’s rights and collections, landlord/tenant matters, construction lien litigation and other real estate disputes.

Craig R. Fiederlein was born in New Rochelle, New York. He attended Mahopac High School, where he was a member of the Honors Society and excelled in varsity Baseball, Soccer, & Tennis. After graduating in 1989, he went on to pursue his education in the legal field. For nearly two decades, Flint attorney, Craig Fiederlein, has been devoted to his clients, assisting them with matters of estate planning and real estate law. After hours appointments with Mr. Fiederlein are also available. Craig R. Fiederlein is a 1993 graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration Pre-Law. He graduated cum laude, making the Deans list 9 times in his 4 years at MSU. He was honored by the Golden Key National Honors Society and Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society for graduating in the top 5% of the business school. While at MSU, Craig pursued his interest in Real Estate law and Finance taking course work in Accounting, Finance, Insurance, Real Estate, and Constitutional law. He worked as a landlord tenant counselor volunteer and was a member of the campus Judiciary team and President's Counsel for Wonder's Hall. Due to Craig's graduation at MSU, he bleeds green and white and enjoys MSU football and basketball as a season ticket holder. After law school, Craig Fiederlein, began his career working in a small firm in Clarkston, Michigan where he became partner within 3 years. He was mentored by attorney C. Dan Harry, learning the nuances of complex civil litigation, handling cases in the District and Circuit Courts of the State of Michigan and Federal Courts on several areas of the law including real estate and business disputes. He also handled the firm's probate and estate planning practice and bankruptcy matters. Due to the issues with the economy in Michigan, Craig has assisted clients with credit problems, collections and bankruptcy. Further, the firm created a short sales department to assist clients with the sale of their houses and negotiating with their mortgage company. While at Harry, McMillen & Fiederlein, PC, Craig moved to Grand Blanc in 1999 where he still lives with his wife and two beautiful girls. He expanded the firms practice network to include Genesee County and the Flint area.

Donald J. Baranski received his Bachelor of Arts in Humanities Pre Law, from Michigan State University. This was a triple major of American History, Philosophy, and Psychology. He then received a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy from Michigan State University. He then obtained his Doctorate in Law from Michigan State University College of Law. Baranski has been a licensed Attorney and Counselor at Law in the State of Michigan since 1988. He clerked for a trial judge for two years. He worked as a City Attorney, and as a public defender. Baranski has handled a general practice of law including: family law, criminal law, juvenile law, adoptions, contracts, real estate, landlord/tenant, probate estates, wills & trusts, guardianships and conservatorships, mental health law, social security disability, workers compensation, unemployment compensation, education law, collections and bankruptcy. Baranski has conducted jury trials and bench trials in District, Probate and Circuit Courts. Baranski is also admitted to the Western District of Michigan and Eastern District of Michigan Federal Courts.

Deborah has helped hundreds of people achieve the justice they deserve due to her dedication to personal injury law. She practiced in the personal injury field for more than 15 years, initially as a paralegal and as an attorney for the past eight years. Debbie has been involved in the investigation, litigation and resolution of matters ranging from general negligence and wrongful death to automobile negligence, premises liability, and trucking accident cases. She is a member of the American Burn Association and the Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors. She has developed a growing Social Security law practice to assist people with disabilities in obtaining disability benefits and qualifying for Medicaid or Medicare.

Dudley Witt is the attorney that other attorneys want as a partner in the courtroom. He’s adept at civil, criminal and business cases, and he possesses deep talent, an extraordinary work ethic and a wide-ranging knowledge of the law. Throughout his exceptional legal career, he’s been an attorney who thrives on handling complex cases and devising and delivering strategies that help clients in difficult situations. Dudley oversees the firm’s civil practice, ensuring that every client gets the benefits of his vast experience in preparing for trial or in negotiations for settlements. He has handled wrongful death suits, business disputes and civil racketeering cases, among others, representing clients in state and federal court. He is a gifted legal strategist who has successfully argued cases before the N.C. Court of Appeals and the N.C. Supreme Court. He also has an active practice representing attorneys before the N.C. State Bar and working with the firm’s other attorneys handling cases before the N.C. Judicial Standards Commission. Dudley was born in Napoleon, Ohio, where both his parents were attorneys. He received his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University in 1980 and his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1983. He joined the firm in 1988 and became a partner in 1990. He has an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was selected as a Top-Rated Lawyer by Top Lawyers of North Carolina for 2014. Dudley is a frequent lecturer on legal ethics, disciplinary matters, and the interplay between civil and criminal proceedings. He has also been a supervising attorney for the clinical program at Wake Forest University School of Law.

Clayton Cheek received his B. S. degree in English from Wake Forest University, his MBA from Wake Forest University and his J. D. from Wake Forest University. He is a member of the NC Bar Association, the American Bar Association and has been recognized by Super Lawyers. His focus is in Chapter 11, 7 and 13 Bankruptcy, Workouts and Alternatives to Bankruptcy, Business Entities, Contracts and Transactions, Estate and Succession Planning and Estate Administration. Before joining Oliver & Cheek, Clayton was a partner in the law firm of Hornthal, Riley, Ellis & Maland, L.L.P. in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, where he worked from 2003 to 2010. Before attending law school Clayton worked in a fund raising capacity with Ducks Unlimited, Inc., in Memphis, Tennessee.

Mr. Eisner received his B.A. degree in American Studies from the University of North Carolina, his MPA from the University of North Carolina School of Government and his J. D. from Campbell University School of Law. He is a member of the NC Bar Association. His focus is on business law, bankruptcy, civil litigation, workouts and alternatives to bankruptcy, and foreclosure defense.

Joseph not only brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to the Lee Law Group’s Litigation Team, but also adds a level of personal passion unequalled in his practice areas. This commitment stems from personal experience with medical negligence when his daughter, Emmy, was born in 2005, with severe and permanent special-needs stemming from human error.
