Justin D. McMinn is a trial lawyer who aggressively represents personal injury plaintiffs and criminal defendants throughout the state of Texas.  He has a strong passion for seeking justice and helping his clients rebuild their lives after serious injury accidents.Justin was born and raised in Central Texas.  After completing high school, Justin attended the University of Texas where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Government.  Justin then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate degree from Texas Tech University School of Law.  While attending Texas Tech, Justin worked for a law firm that specialized in Personal Injury Litigation.  Here, Justin developed his passion to help people who had been seriously injured in accidents.  Justin worked up and helped prepare hundreds of personal injury claims for litigation.  After graduating law school, Justin accepted a position with the McMinn Law Firm, which was founded by his older brother Jason B. McMinn.  Justin represents criminal defendants and is experienced in negotiating favorable plea agreements, pretrial litigation, and preparing cases for trial.  This past year, Justin was named a partner in the McMinn Law Firm.Select Cases in 2008 Represented an Austin man who was hit by an 18-wheeler truck that was in the wrong lane and crushed his bucket truck that he was using to repair a traffic light.  The Austin man suffered from spinal injuries. After exposing the poor safety history of the trucking company, they agreed to settle the case for $1,950,000 with a client recovery of $1,025,000.  Represented a six year old Austin girl who sustained a brain injury at a local Austin business.  Prior to trial, the local business agreed to settle the case for $250,000 with a client recovery of $125,000.  Represented a Buda family that was involved in a head on automobile collision.  The husband and wife received spinal injuries from the impact of the collision. Prior to trial, the at fault driver's insurance company agreed to settle the case for $165,000 with a client recovery of $82,000.  Represented an Austin man that was hit by a car that jumped the curb and struck him while he was riding his bicycle.  After suit was filed, the insurance company agreed to pay $100,000 with a client recovery of $50,000 for the Austin man's spinal injuries.  AffiliationsJustin is a member of the Texas Young Lawyers Association, State Bar of Texas and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.  Justin is an alumni of the Texas Kappa Alpha Order and a member of the Silver Spurs Alumni Association.

Mark was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wabash College in 2000 and from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, with a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 2003. He has been admitted to the Indiana State, Northern Indiana and Southern Indiana Federal Districts since that time. Mark began his career serving both Marion and Cass Counties as a Felony Deputy Prosecutor from 2003 to 2007, completing thirty felony jury trials. He still selectively takes on criminal defense cases today. However, for the past 13 years, Mark has focused on civil litigation for Starr Austen & Miller, LLP and has tried many cases for plaintiffs and defendants. He has presented at legal seminars for other attorneys and insurance company in-house staff on construction law insurance coverage, personal injury and contractual dispute issues.

Mr. Stein represents parties to civil and criminal actions in state and federal courts and other tribunals. He has handled numerous jury trials, bench trials, proceedings before arbitration tribunals, mediation sessions, and appeals, including appeals to the Supreme Court of Illinois. Mr. Stein usually represents business interests in commercial disputes, but he also often representing individuals in estate contests and personal injury litigation. He specializes in commercial litigation, estate and trust contests, appeals, and emergency litigation. Mr. Stein lives with his family in Glen Ellyn, where he also serves as the president of the board of trustees of the Glen Ellyn Public Library.

Vermont trial lawyer Chris Maley has extensive experience in the area of medical malpractice and personal injury. In February 2006, Chris recovered $2,375,000.00 in a medical malpractice lawsuit involving the negligent delay in diagnosis of prostate cancer. In 2004, Alan Sylvester and Chris recovered $5,400,000.00 for a Wrongful Death case. In 2003, John Maley and Chris settled, just prior to closing arguments, a United States District Court personal injury motor vehicle accident claim for $2,925,000.00. Chris's accomplishments have been recognized by his fellow attorneys. He also represents those harmed due to defective and unreasonably dangerous drugs or other products. Chris was born in Burlington, Vermont. He graduated cum laude from both St. Lawrence University in 1993 and from Suffolk University Law School in 1996. At Suffolk, he was a recipient of an American Jurisprudence Award and was a member and an editor of the Transnational Law Review. Chris was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1996 and practiced in Boston at the law firm of Martin, Magnuson, McCarthy & Kenney for six years primarily in the area of medical malpractice before being admitted to the Vermont Bar in 2002. Chris was also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in 1997. Chris is on the Executive Committee and the Board of Governors of the Vermont Trial Lawyers Association.  He is a member of the American Association for Justice, Vermont Bar Association and Massachusetts Bar Association. Daniel Schlanger is a partner at Kakalec & Schlanger, LLP, where he heads the firm's consumer practice. Cristian R. Arrieta serves clients with comprehensive estate planning and handles business matters including transactions, dispute resolution, expert advocacy and trust and estate litigation. He also serves as general outside legal counsel to many of his business clients. His expertise includes handling business partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies; sales, mergers and acquisitions; due diligence; contracts; probate and trust administration; will contests and trust litigation; property disputes; elder law matters; and asset protection. Mr. Bendel received his B.S. in Finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Connecticut in 1997. He then went on to receive his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2000 from Pepperdine University, where he was a member of the Pepperdine Law Review. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Bendel joined the Los Angeles office of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, where he practiced for over twelve years. While at Stroock, Mr. Bendel handled complex business litigation, including securities disputes, small business dissolutions, insurance coverage and bad faith matters, and other business and commercial disputes. The primary focus of Mr. Bendel’s practice is insurance coverage and insurance bad faith litigation. He has provided coverage advice and/or been involved in bad faith litigation with respect to claims made under all types of insurance policies including Commercial General Liability, Directors & Officers, Errors & Omissions, Property, Homeowners, and Automobile insurance policies.
