Aubrey Brown is a member of the firm’s litigation section, and was named a shareholder in 2018. His practice crosses multiple areas of law, consisting principally of: Family Law and Domestic Relations, including, divorces, spousal support and alimony, equitable distribution and division of property, pre-marital and pre-nuptial agreements, property settlement agreements, protective orders, and child custody, visitation, and child support matters. Residential Real Estate, including, purchases, sales, refinances, transfers, and real estate disputes. Personal Injury, including, automobile accidents, premises liability (“slip and fall”) and dog bites. Trust, Will and Estate Litigation. Aubrey is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Virginia, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, and the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia. Prior to joining Parker, Pollard, Wilton & Peaden, P.C., Aubrey was a judicial law clerk in the Circuit Court of Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Mr. Foster’s practice is focused on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, aviation accidents, insurance bad faith and industrial accidents. Education Mr. Foster received a bachelor of science degree in ocean engineering from the United States Naval Academy in 1998 and received his law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2007. Professional Background Mr. Foster served as surface warfare officer in the U.S. Navy from 1998 to 2004. From 2007 to 2016, Mr. Foster worked for a regional law firm and specialized in personal injury litigation, first party insurance defense, energy litigation and appellate law. Professional Associations Mr. Foster is a member of the West Virginia State Bar and a past chairperson of the West Virginia State Bar Young Lawyers Section. He is licensed to practice in the State of West Virginia and the District of Columbia. Mr. Foster is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Personal Mr. Foster is a native of Morgantown, West Virginia and resides in the Charleston area with his wife, three children and family dog, Scout.

Scott R. Sexauer is a native of Northern Virginia. He obtained his undergraduate and law school degrees from George Mason University. He has been in private practice in Northern Virginia since 1984, and has earned a BV- Distinguished peer review rating from Martindale Hubbel. Scott R. Carlos D. Perez-Mesa has been an active trial attorney in New Jersey and Hawaii since 1986. In Hawaii, he has tried over 20 jury and bench trials to verdict in state and federal court and participated in over 300 arbitrations and meditations. Mr. Perez-Mesa has wide ranging experience practicing in both federal and state court handling a broad range of litigation, including products liability, construction law, employment discrimination, personal injury, the Americans with Disabilities Act, environmental law, automobile and slip and fall accidents, Title VII civil rights law and workers compensation law. He also handles private arbitrations and mediations involving all types of civil actions, including auto cases, sexual harassment, age discrimination, wrongful discharge, racial discrimination, UM and UIM auto cases and AOAO disputes. Upon graduation of law school, Mr. Perez-Mesa served as a law clerk to Judge Nicholas in Mandak, Passaic County, New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Perez-Mesa focused on litigation concerning personal injury, employment discrimination, products liability and condominium law. He defended AIG™ and Farmers™ Insurance insureds involved in automobile and slip and fall accidents. Mr. Perez-Mesa worked seven years as a trial attorney for AIG™’s Staff Counsel’s office in Honolulu. He also has three successful published Hawaii Supreme Court opinions.

Edward Pritchard was born in Columbia, South Carolina, on March 17, 1962. Edward graduated from the University of South Carolina (B.S. 1984), and the University of South Carolina School of Law (J.D. 1987). While in law school, Edward was on the National Dean’s Honor List and was a member of the Order of Wig and Robe. He was a law clerk for the Honorable Randall T. Bell, South Carolina Court of Appeals. In August of 1988, Edward joined the law firm of Sinkler & Boyd, P.A., where he remained nearly twelve years, the last six of which he was a partner. In 2002, Edward formed The Pritchard Law Firm, which has expanded and become Pritchard & Elliott, Attorneys And Counselors At Law, LLC. Edward is admitted to the South Carolina Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, as well as the South Carolina Bar Association. He is currently a member of the S.C. Bar Association Nominating Committee, a member of the Charleston County Bar Association Executive Committee, as well as a member of the S.C. Bar Association House of Delegates. Edward also serves on the board of the Charleston Area Regional Transportation Authority and is a former member of the City of Charleston Board of Zoning Appeals – Zoning and former chairman of the City of Charleston Board of Zoning Appeals – Site Design. Edward is the co-author of the S.C. chapter of Defense Research Institute Bad Faith Compendium. Edward has extensive experience in civil and administrative trial practice and appellate practice. His practice area includes Insurance Coverage and Extra-Contractual Litigation Defense, Commercial and Business Litigation, Commercial Transactions, Insurance Defense, Workers’ Compensation and Appellate Practice.

A local graduate of North Charleston High School, attorney John Price has practiced since 1985, serving as a state prosecutor in the Charleston County Solicitor’s Office before founding John Price Law Firm, LLC in 1988. An experienced attorney, he has served as president of the Charleston Art of Trial Advocacy Workshop for Charleston-area lawyers, a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, and Board of Governors for the South Carolina Association of Justice. Mr. Price also serves as president of the Palmetto Touchdown Club, an academic scholarship and booster club as well as an assistant coach of several youth basketball teams and Board of Governors for travel league organizations… Charleston attorney John Price has been practicing law since 1985. He founded the John Price Law Firm, LLC in 1988. As a plaintiffs’ personal injury lawyer at TorHoerman Law, Eric Terry primarily concentrates his practice on advocating for clients who have been harmed by others, through no fault of their own. This can include, but is not limited to, negligence on the part of pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers, a car accident, or exposure to a deadly chemical at a workplace. Eric now leads the personal injury litigation division of TorHoerman Law and handles a variety of personal injury cases.

Michael F. Bonaguro graduated from Marquette University with a BS in Business Administration with a specialty in Finance. He worked at American National Bank as a credit analyst while attending the John Marshall Law School. While attending law school, Mr. Bonaguro also worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Monica Reynolds in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. Upon graduation, Mr. Bonaguro worked for the law firm of Fraterrigo, Best & Beranek. While with the firm, Mr. Bonaguro participated in a variety of cases including excessive force, personal injury, and liability claims. Mr. Bonaguro went on to work as an Assistant State’s Attorney in the criminal division of the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. As an assistant, Mr. Bonaguro wrote over 50 appellate court briefs and argued many before the Appellate Court of Cook County. Mr. Bonaguro prosecuted over 60 criminal trials that included bench and jury trials. Before joining Leinenweber Baroni & Daffada LLC, Mr. Bonaguro began a law practice focusing on civil litigation, real estate, probate, divorce, and criminal matters. Additionally, he sat on the Business Conduct Committee at the CME/CBOT for 4 years. As a panelist, Bonaguro presided over many cases involving CME and CBOT rule violations. His role included making dispositions on complex trading cases that involved CME, CBOT, and CFTC rule violations. These decisions were made at various procedural levels including evidentiary hearings, settlement agreements, and probable cause hearings. Mr. Bonaguro maintains a strong dedication to assisting clients in the futures and commodities industry through regulatory and compliance practice. Throughout his practice of law, Mr. Bonaguro has been active in litigation before State and Federal Courts and is a member of the Federal Trial Bar and the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. Mr. Bonaguro has successfully litigated in these courts and devotes his practice to empowering his clients.
