Mr. Bartolomei received his B.A. from Assumption College in Worcester before attending Western New England College of Law in Springfield. After serving as a prosecutor in Hampshire County, I was recruited to work in the litigation department of one of the most prestigious firms in Springfield. I handled a wide array of civil and criminal litigation as the lead counsel. Due to my hard work, I was one of the two youngest persons to be voted partner in this almost Century old firm. I was chosen to serve for many years on the firm's three-member Executive Committee. In late 2012, I left to start my own firm. Zachary C. Myers is a champion debater and zealous litigator who will vindicate your rights as a property owner or renter. David is a versatile Florida attorney with a diverse background in corporate, trust, and investment law. He graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a finalist in the Charles C. Papy Moot Court Competition, and received highest honors in pretrial, trial, and business litigation skills. He possesses a substantial amount of pretrial, trial, and appellate litigation experience, having first chaired and second chaired multiple jury trials to verdict on both the plaintiff and defense side, while authoring a multitude of appellate briefs in Florida’s district courts of appeal, some of which resulted in precedent setting opinions. He currently advises high-net-worth individuals and families on business succession planning, asset protection, and investment decisions, and works closely with c-suite experts and national law firms on cases involving banking, investment, and wealth advisory disputes. David is also an active and respected member of the academic community, having lectured at the University of Miami School of Law on the subjects of appellate advocacy and upper-level legal research and writing, and personally coached and judged members of UM’s moot court team. During Raymond’s practice, which spans over a decade, he has gained extensive experience in all facets of complex litigation. His expertise includes litigation of employment, general liability, class action, construction, products, and general business litigation matters – from start through trial, and appeal. Further, he has prepared volumes of employment handbooks, construction and real estate disclosures and agreements, and general business contracts aimed to fully protect his clients and, when applicable, transfer risk to the appropriate parties. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts, Rob attended the New England School of Law. He graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1997 and commenced his legal career as a trial attorney, and is experienced in complex civil litigation, criminal law, and real estate. He has tried many criminal and civil cases to completion in the Commonwealth's District and Superior Courts, he has represented clients in the Appeals Court and the Supreme Judicial Court, and he has negotiated numerous settlements and plea bargain arrangements with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the office of the United States Attorney. Rob is admitted to practice before the state courts of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Concentrating in both personal injury and worker’s compensation law, Joseph Curran is an attorney with more than 30 years of experience, including a proven track record handling injury-related cases.
