Greg has been a partner at Hurley Toevs Styles Hamblin & Panter PA since 2008. He was formerly a partner of the trust and estate litigation firm of Popejoy & MacKenzie PC. Greg is a graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law and was admitted to practice before the New Mexico courts in 1993 and has been working as a litigation lawyer since that time. Since 1997, Greg has devoted virtually all of his practice to representing clients in probate, estate and trust litigation. This includes representing clients who are contesting or defending the validity of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents and those who are involved in litigation over the administration of estates and trusts. His cases frequently involve allegations of breach of fiduciary duty and the construction of controlling instruments such as wills and trusts. Greg also frequently handles litigation in contested complex guardianships and conservatorships. He has served as guardian ad litem for incapacitated adults involved in those types of proceedings. Greg is the chair of the Trust and Estate Division of the Real Property and Trust Section of the New Mexico State Bar and the Chair-Elect of that Section for the 2018 year. Greg has been recognized as AV-Rated by Martindale and was elected a fellow to the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel in 2010. Craig R. Fiederlein was born in New Rochelle, New York. He attended Mahopac High School, where he was a member of the Honors Society and excelled in varsity Baseball, Soccer, & Tennis. Jason D. Jones, Esq., our office’s founder, opened our office in 2018 after working for well over a decade in trusts & estates, estate administration, and taxation matters in both international and domestic estate planning areas. With B.A and M.A. degrees from Yale University and University of Chicago, Mr. Jones worked as a corporate paralegal at Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, specializing in airline lease transactions and other corporate matters. Mr. Jones also worked as the sole non-native Japanese paralegal at the former Komatsu Koma Nishikawa LLP, located in Tokyo, Japan, while on scholarship to complete work on his master's thesis. Upon his return to the United States, Mr. Jones worked as a paralegal at Morrison Foerster LLP and at Loeb Block LLP, a boutique firm specializing in international trusts & estates matters for high net worth foreign individuals.
