MR. BROCK A. DAWSON Attorney at Law Graduated from Hanover College in 2008 where I played basketball, worked several jobs, found a good wife, and majored in Sociology and Business. Upon graduation from the Salmon P. Chase School of Law, I worked at a small firm in Delphi, Indiana where I gained much experience with Real Estate, Municipal Law, Family, and Criminal Law, as well as Contracts and Business Law. After two years at the Delphi firm, I have returned to Southern Indiana with my own office space in Downtown Jeffersonville. Since opening my Jeffersonville office I have been privileged to represent the Town of Sellersburg Board of Zoning Appeals and Planning Commission, small business owners, property, and real estate owners, along with several family law and criminal clients. Practice focuses on business and commercial law matters, including: civil litigation, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters; commercial real estate, secured lending, bankruptcy and estate litigation. Represents lending institutions and other businesses in connection with a variety of commercial law matters including issues relating to Article 9 secured financing, Article 2 sales and Articles 3 and 4 negotiable instrument law. Represents beneficiaries of wills and trusts in litigation involving the interpretation and application of testamentary documents. Represents purchasers and sellers in business equity and asset purchase transactions. Advises businesses with respect to a variety of corporate matters including entity formation, corporate authority issues, director and officer liability and private placement securities offerings. Admitted in all state courts, United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Attorney Charles Needle has been a practicing lawyer since 1963. In 2018, he joined Needle Cuda as “Of Counsel”. Attorney Needle was a founder of the distinguished Connecticut Law firm of Zeldes, Needle & Cooper and has been a well-known force throughout the State of Connecticut for more than five decades in the areas of Commercial and Real Estate Law. Attorney Needle graduated from Yale School of Law with an L.L.B. in 1963 and from Harvard College with a B.A., Cum Laude, in 1959. He also holds a M.A.T. from Wesleyan University. Attorney Needle is a former President of the Harvard Club of Southern Connecticut, has been on its Board of Directors and has served as its Schools Committee Chairman for many years, and is Secretary of his Yale Law School Class. Attorney Needle, who at one time was a candidate for the State Senate of Connecticut and has served on numerous boards of committees in the commercial law area. At Needle Cuda, Attorney Needle devotes a substantial amount of his time to evaluating marital estates, developing a roadmap to settlement of cases — particularly those with complex business valuations, elaborate trusts, and extensive real estate holdings). He generally advises the firm on courses of action to pursue to provide clients with sensitive and quality representation during the divorce and post-divorce process.

I have lived in the mid- Willamette Valley since 1981, in Corvallis since 1989. Since 2000, I have been an attorney based in Corvallis, providing legal services in real estate law, business law, estate planning, and construction law, as well as other practice areas. Before beginning my career in law, I enjoyed a 15 year career as a professional forester in the private sector of Western Oregon’s timber industry. During those years, I gained invaluable experience with the workings of the business world generally, but particularly as it relates to land, natural resources, and the environment, and the impact of those things on people and families. In 1997 I entered law school at Willamette University in Salem, and graduated 5th academically in the class of 2000. Since then I have practiced law primarily in the Corvallis and Albany areas, but I also serve clients throughout the Willamette Valley and the Central Coast, and as far away as Seattle and Medford. I am currently a solo practitioner with an office in downtown Corvallis. One of the main reasons I decided to begin a career in law is that I recognized a need for skilled attorneys who could bring real life experience, and an appreciation for the needs of the clients, from a personal as well as legal perspective, to the practice of law. That's what I do. You will not see any leather-tassled shoes or insincere smiles in my office, nor will you be billed $50 for every phone call or email. I've always believed that approach is not conducive to the successful, professional, practice of law. With me, you are assured of receiving top-quality, reasonably-priced legal services, in a user-friendly, comfortable setting.  When I am not working I enjoy photography, gardening, hiking, skiing, travel, and generally just living on an acre in the wondrous Willamette Valley, with my two teenage sons, our dog and cat, and an aquarium full of colorful fish.

In 1995 Justin received his Associates degree from Dixie College in St. George, Utah. While at Dixie, Justin competed on the National Debate and Forensics circuit. Justin placed in the top three nationally in multiple events and was the recipient of the Bowler award granted annually to the top orator at the School. Following his success at Dixie College Justin went to Southern Utah University and received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science.In 2000 Justin received his Juris Doctor from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. His extensive training in area of public speaking has assisted him as he heads the litigation section of the law firm. Justin's litigation experience has been acquired through his representation of clients in front of numerous tribunals, administrative bodies, and courts. Several such forums of note are the United Nations High Commission on Human Rights in Geneva, Switzerland, the New Mexico Supreme Court, Multiple appellate courts, and differing state courts ranging from New Jersey, Wyoming, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Alaska, and California. Additionally, Justin has extensive training in estate planning matters which extends his responsibilities to our firm's estate planning division. Justin also has enjoyed substantial success in Securities litigation and Business formation. His most notable case in this arena was a judgment of over eight million dollars ($8,000,000.00) awarded by a securities arbitration panel in favor of our client. At the time this was the largest settlement ever awarded in securities arbitration. Recently, Justin was the lead attorney in the case against Provo city regarding the 911 call where EMS personnel were improperly dispatched. Our clients received a settlement of $220,000.  Justin has assisted in teaching numerous CLE courses in computerized legal research.Justin was born and raised in Utah. He is the proud father of 4 children and has been happily married for over ten years. He enjoys many sports including basketball, baseball, tennis, golf, and football. He is an avid off-roader that loves to hunt and fish. Recently he bagged an Alaskan caribou that scored 380+ on the Boone and Crocket scale and also caught a 62 pound Halibut off the coast of Oregon.

Michael S. Haber has been practicing law in New York for more than 25 years. He brings extensive expertise in both litigation and estate-related matters. Mr. O'Brien received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Walsh University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Mr. O' Brien joined Ibold & O'Brien (formerly Petersen & Ibold) upon his admission to the practice of law in 2000. Mr. O'Brien is a member of the Geauga County, Ashtabula County and Ohio State Bar Associations. Mr. O'Brien practices in the areas of general litigation, criminal law, personal injury, real estate, business law, estate planning, probate and collections among others.

Since his admission to the Louisiana Bar in 1988, J. Douglas Sunseri has practiced in diverse areas of the law. From 1990-1994, J. Douglas Sunseri worked under Attorney J. William Becknell, the legal counsel for Mr. John Mecom, Jr. and his affiliated companies. Mr. Mecom was the initial owner of the New Orleans Saints and had numerous holdings in oil & gas, hotels, real estate, professional sports and related businesses. As a result, Mr. Sunseri was fully educated in broad areas of law and business. Mr. Sunseri has participated in litigation involving employees, insureds, employers, insurers, and self-insured funds for property/casualty, employers' liability, employment discrimination, sexual harassment and worker's compensation claims. Other areas of practice consist of personal injury, insurance coverage, flood claims, hazard claims, wind-driven rain claims, business interruption, errors and omissions liability for insurance agents/insurance companies. He has directed litigation to the United States Supreme Court in connection with the National Football League and the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA). Mr. Sunseri has conducted numerous seminars on topics involving Hurricane Katrina, government contracting, land contracting, construction, employment issues, worker's compensation and estate planning. Also, Mr. Sunseri serves as legal counsel for the Gulf Coast Government Contractors Association (GCGCA), a trade association for securing government contracts in Louisiana and the Gulf Coast region. Recently, Mr. Sunseri was named as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Louisiana by Louisiana Attorney James "Buddy" Caldwell.

Christopher J. Finley is the Managing Attorney at Finley Law Firm. He practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust dispute law. Chris is motivated by the proactive nature of estate planning and utilizes strategies to bring peace of mind to his clients and prevent court action. His former practice areas include commercial litigation, real estate law, employment law, contract law, collections, and business organization and administration.
