Eugene Mogilevsky received his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis in 2006. He graduated from Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science. He is currently admitted to practice before Indiana State courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He worked for Bankruptcy Law Offfice of Mark S. Zuckerberg, P.C. in 2008-2012 proudly serving thousands of consumers needing debt relief. Sam Blink is the Founder and Managing Member of Midtown Legal. He is a member in Midtown's Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Corporate and Business Transactions Practice Groups. Darren VanPuymbrouck is a trial lawyer with an active nationwide trial practice. As first-chair, he has successfully tried dozens of high-profile, bet-the-company cases involving myriad issues before juries in state and federal courts around the country. I am a veteran of the United States Air Force and served as an Assistant State Attorney for over three years in both Lee and Charlotte County. During these years, I handled thousands of criminal cases ranging from DUIs and other misdemeanors to complex felony economic crimes and sex crimes. This afforded me invaluable trial experience as well as allowing me the ability to learn the inner workings of the Judicial System. I have since decided to refocus my efforts on serving the community by protecting the rights of those accused of criminal offenses. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems from City University of Seattle and an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado. After years of work as a software engineer, I chose to pursue a degree in law and graduated with Honors from Ave Maria School of Law in 2017. While in law school, I gained experience in Criminal Law through an internship with the US Attorney’s Office in Fort Myers and worked with a firm in Naples, focusing on litigation involving real-estate and investment disputes. Adams currently owns a tax accounting business, a real estate investment business and co-owns a local newspaper. He has served a county commissioner since 1996. Adams has been married since 1990. He has two children and two grandchildren. Adams has authored two books; one is about being successful and the other is a children's book. Adams uses a combination of his lifelong education, knowledge, business ownership experiences and his strong work ethic to return exceptional results for his clients.
