Brianna is an experienced litigator with expertise in high value, complex disputes involving antitrust, fraud, cryptoassets, unfair business practices, trade secrets, commercial contracts, real estate, partnerships, trusts and estates, fiduciary removal suits, and defamation. She has also spent a significant amount of time counseling private clients in more personal matters, including civil harassment restraining orders, tax planning, business formation, and other complex business areas. Brianna puts her years of studying the complexity and interrelationship of legal, social, and ethical issues to use throughout her practice and, therefore, brings a practical but personable approach to business and legal issues.

Annemette enjoys criminal defense work, family law and personal injury work. She regularly appears in all Connecticut courts defending those charged with committing a criminal offense, handling contested family cases, and handling personal injury trials. Annemette excels at cross examination of witnesses, jury selection and personal injury litigation. She has represented children and parents in the juvenile and criminal courts, special education proceedings, before the Department of Children and Families and regularly appears in all Connecticut courts. She excels at highly contested cases, and contentious matters, and is admitted to practice in all Connecticut state courts and was admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut in 2002. Annemette graduated from Quinnipiac School of Law where she was an active participant in the volunteer tax assistance program. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Connecticut State University in 1998. She is active with the Connecticut Pro Bono Network, and is multilingual, speaking English and German.Annemette enjoys spending time with her family, including karate tournaments with her children, walking her dog, and time at the beach. Her interests include animal rights, vegetarianism, and child protection, among others.

Adams has decades of experience in all aspects of business management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, human resources management, sales management, advertising, public relations and marketing. He has owned, operated and managed over 10 businesses during the past three decades. He has owned a greenhouse nursery business with a fleet of Commercial Motor Vehicles, owned a farming operation, managed a timber harvesting business, owned a computer repair and consulting business, operated a home mortgage business, owned a photography business and owned an insurance business. Adams currently owns a tax accounting business, a real estate investment business and co-owns a local newspaper. He has served a county commissioner since 1996. Adams has been married since 1990. He has two children and two grandchildren. Adams has authored two books; one is about being successful and the other is a children's book. Adams uses a combination of his lifelong education, knowledge, business ownership experiences and his strong work ethic to return exceptional results for his clients. Adams believes in offering personalized service to his clients, including giving each client his personal cell phone number.

Mr. Klipstein concentrates in two areas of the law: 1. Trusts and Estates, Estate Planning, Wills, Estate Administration, and Estate, Gift and Income Tax matters related to estates and trusts; 2. Immigration and Naturalization. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1960 and is admitted to the Bars of the U.S. Supreme Court, United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Klipstein received an A.B. Degree from Columbia College in 1957, his J.D. Degree from Columbia Law School in 1960 (where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar), and an LLM in Taxation from the New York University Law School, Graduate Division in 1965. He is a member of the American Bar Association, N.Y. State Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York County Lawyers Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Judges Association, and the Westchester County Bar Association. He has been or is a member or Chairman of various committees at these Bar Associations for may years. Mr. Klipstein contributed to Drafting New York Wills, Law and Forms, published by Matthew Bender (Lexis). He has also been an Arbitrator in the Small Claims Part of N.Y. City Civil Court (N.Y. County) since 1971.

Prior to joining Hepworth & Murray in 2016, Tyler worked in the Office of General Counsel – International for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he worked on a variety of legal matters ranging from income tax issues, immigration, real estate transactions, and employment matters. Although he enjoyed the comforts of corporate life, Tyler’s real passion is advocacy, whether in the courtroom or the across the negotiation table. Tyler earned his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law, where he received high marks in trial advocacy and was known around school for being a bit of trial junky. While in law school he worked in the public defender’s office as a court-certified law student where he represented three criminal defendants in jury trials before he even graduated. Also during law school, he received expert training in Alternative Dispute Resolution through the nationally ranked Oregon ADR Center. Born and raised in Davis County, Tyler takes advantage of all that Utah has to offer from the great culture and entertainment found in our cities to the amazing outdoor recreation that is only an hour or so away. In his free time, Tyler enjoys being active in his community and spending time with family.

Carter has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, which includes working for a law firm (Skadden Arps), a federal regulator (SEC), and leading companies (Franklin Templeton, Citigroup, and Transamerica). With this wealth of experience, John helps clients, big or small, to resolve their legal issues. John provides consulting to companies on a host of issues, including acquisitions, outsourcing, vendor selection, systems integration, governance issues, industry trends, and product development. John also serves as an independent director of a growing mutual fund complex. Previously, John served as Chairman, President, and CEO of a $50 billion asset management company consisting of approximately 120 funds and 35 investment sub-advisers. John served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer prior to being promoted to the helm of the asset management company. John graduated with a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce of the University of Virginia, where he concentrated in Finance. He received a law degree from the University Of Virginia School Of Law, where he was a member of the Managing Board of the Virginia Tax Review.
