Arnold Spencer graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1994, and was then admitted to the Texas State Bar as well as the Northern and Eastern Districts, and 5th Circuit courts. He has gained experience as a trial lawyer which earned him the reputation as a strong litigator. For this, he has been awarded the John Marshall Award from the Department of Justice, as well as being named a Super Lawyer from 2020 through 2022. My practice focuses on estate planning and litigating complex trust, estate and guardianship disputes. With over 20 years of civil trial and appellate experience, I have represented clients in all stages of litigation from pre-trial, trial, mediation and appeals to the Courts of Appeal and Supreme Court. I have represented clients in over 70 appeals in both the Texas and Federal Courts of Appeal and am Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Anna Nika was admitted to the Texas Bar in May, 2005, after graduating from the Baylor University School of Law. She attended Dartmouth College, in Hanover, New Hampshire, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in history. For more than 18 years, Anna Nika has protected the rights of women and men in family law and divorce matters. She also handles tax disputes. Before entering private practice, she served as an assistant district attorney in Cameron County, Texas, where she honed her trial skills handling criminal matters. Originally from Springfield, Illinois, she moved permanently to Texas in 2002. She has practiced extensively in North-Central Texas, representing clients in Harris County, Bexar County, Travis County and throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Anna is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas and is currently working toward her board certification in family law. She has considerable trial experience, handling a wide range of divorce and family law disputes. She also advocates for clients in matters involving Child Protective Services. David concentrates his practice in estate planning and estate administration. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Gonzaga University in 1977; his Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from Gonzaga School of Law in 1979; and his Master of Science Financial Services in 1990. Mr. Lyons is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice public accounting in the State of Washington and an attorney admitted to practice law in the States of Washington and Alaska.

Matthew Webbeking has been practicing law in the Seattle area for 14 years. A graduate of Nathan Hale High School, Matthew received his B.A. in Psychology from Whitman College, with Philosophy Minor. He received his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, focusing on tax and corporate law. He currently resides in West Seattle, with his three children. Matthew serves on the Board of Directors of the Brazil Children's Charity, and enjoys Latin & ballroom dance,tennis, swimming, and lifting.

Jamie L. Cox is a partner at Willson & Pechacek, PLC, in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Mr. Cox’s general litigation practice focuses on personal injury law, employment law, estate and trust litigation, business law, and civil rights law. He represents clients in Iowa and Nebraska. A native of Wapello, Iowa, Mr. Cox graduated with honors and distinction from the University of Iowa, where he earned bachelor’s degrees in history and sociology in 1998. In addition to his professional commitments, Mr. Cox enjoys participating in his local community. He serves as member of the Board of Directors of the Council Bluffs Chamber of Commerce, as a soccer coach for the Council Bluffs Soccer Club, and a Boy Scouts adult leader.
