Brian’s roles with the station group ranged from the executive producer of the sport’s station’s programming to reporter, sales liaison, interviewer, problem solver, and everything in between. This entrepreneurial experience provided Brian with a unique insight into the numerous and often complicated problems faced by businesses and their managers. Brian’s varied experience in business and in the law provides him with a rare perspective of the problems that the firm’s clients face, and an eye for the efficient solutions they seek. As an attorney, Brian has successfully fought Fortune 500 Companies on behalf of his clients, as well as smaller businesses and individuals. Today, Brian uses his extensive litigation experience primarily to help individuals who have been injured or killed due to the negligence of others. Brian began his legal career working as an associate in New York for the prestigious national law firm of Katten Muchin Zavis Rosenman, LLP. Brian is licensed to practice law before the courts of the State of Florida as well as before the courts of the State of New York and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Brian has also been admitted pro hac vice to practice in many other Federal and State courts around the country to represent clients in particular cases. Brian was trained in complex commercial litigation but has more recently represented many satisfied clients in high-stakes personal injury litigation. Outside of the office, Brian is a proud husband and father of three. Brian is also an avid sports fan and has a particular passion for the University of Wisconsin Badgers.

Michael A. Fischler is the senior partner of Fischler & Friedman, P.A. Mr. Fischler was born in New York and has been a resident of Broward County Florida since 1966. Mr. Fischler currently serves as President of the Broward County Bar Association. He graduated from Jacksonville University in 1975, where he double majored in Business and Psychology and minored in Accounting. Thereafter, Mr. Fischler attended both law school and business school at Nova Southeastern University where he graduated with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in 1978. Mr. Fischler began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in the Broward County State Attorney's Office. After three years, Mr. Fischler was promoted to be in ASA in charge of the Economic Crime, Consumer Fraud, and Civil Division. After leaving the State Attorney's Office in 1984, he entered into private practice as an associate with a mid-sized law firm, concentrating in the areas of commercial and civil litigation. In 1992, he joined his practice with Howard S. Friedman, Esq. and formed Fischler & Friedman, P.A. Mr. Fischler's business education, combined with his more than thirty-five years of legal experience, provides him with a unique insight that allows him to comprehensively evaluate business and personal situations faced by his clients. Mr. Fischler focuses primarily on business and commercial transaction litigation and has experience representing businesses and individuals in a variety of different types of claims including breach of contract, fraud, negligence, and breach of fiduciary duty. He has effectively handled numerous matters involving shareholder disputes, business dissolution, non-compete clauses, and matters involving complex accounting. Seth Bader was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He graduated from Muhlenberg College with a B.A. in Political Science. He graduated from Florida State University College of Law where he served as a member on the law review. Seth began his legal career representing insurance companies gaining trial experience. Erin Elliott is the managing attorney of Elliott Immigration Law LLC. She focuses her practice 100% on immigration law. After attending Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia, Erin continued her education at Loyola Law School in New Orleans.
