James “Jim” B. Goldberg received his Juris Doctorate in 1999 from the John Marshall Law School. He also received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Secondary Education from DePaul University. Prior to attending Law School, James was a High School teacher in the Chicago Public School System. James is a Lecturer at the Illinois Emergency Nurse Association (IENA) and Adjunct Lecturer at Capital Area School of Nursing (Springfield).

Thomas K. Herren, born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, has strong ties and commitments in the Central Kentucky area. Tom is a graduate of the University of Kentucky School of Law. In 1994, Attorney Herren became board certified in civil trial law by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certifications (formerly NBTA), an ABA-accredited organization. The requirements for certification include numerous trials to jury verdict or judgment; continuing legal education; submission of trial court briefs for review; attorney and judicial references; proof of good standing in the legal profession; and a daylong examination on trial techniques, evidence, and ethics. An attorney who has taken the extra time and effort to achieve board certification can be justifiably proud. He has also earned Fellowship in the American College of Trial Lawyers. Fellowship is by invitation only to the top one percent of outstanding trial lawyers who are considered the best in their state. Besides being lead counsel on several significant cases (more fully described below), Tom Herren has been on the Board of Governors of the Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys since 1988. He has served as District Vice-President. Tom is also an active member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Kentucky Bar Association, and the Fayette County Bar Association, serving on various committees.

Alexander J. Cuda is a highly respected family and matrimonial law attorney. With numerous published articles and speaking engagements, Alex’s leadership in family law is well-known. Alex is an experienced negotiator and advocate whether in litigation, mediation, or arbitration. He also provides skilled representation in family and matrimonial appeals. He handles both custody and complex financial matters. Alex lives with his family in Fairfield County. Alex been extremely active with community service organizations focused on the prevension of Deomestic Violence, Spousal Abuuse, and Child Abuse. In October of 2020 Alex received the Purple Ribbon Award from the Greewich YWCA’s Center for Domestic Abuse Services for his outststanding commitment to the victims of dometic violence.

Ryan P. Barry received his B.A., with honors, from the University of Connecticut and his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law. During law school, Attorney Barry worked as a Judicial Extern for United States District Court Judge Dominic J. Squatrito. He was also selected to membership on The Connecticut Law Review and is the author of "ERISA's Purpose: The Conveyance of Information from Trustee to Beneficiary," 31 Conn. L. Rev. 735 (1999). Attorney Barry is admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Manchester Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Connecticut Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Connecticut Association of Municipal Attorneys. In July 2018, Attorney Barry was appointed by the judges of the Superior Court to serve for a 3-year term on the Statewide Grievance Committee. Attorney Barry is also a Life Fellow of the Connecticut Bar Foundation, membership for which is by invitation only, and is evidence of professional distinction. He has been named to Connecticut Super Lawyers List since 2020 for his work in personal injury.

Daniel is a decorated police officer who spent 9 years in law enforcement, where he received an academic award of excellence from the Milford Police Academy, as well as the Samuel Luciano Award and the Daniel S. Wasson Award. Daniel proceeded with his education, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of New Haven, Investigative Sciences, and was a Dean's Scholar Award Recipient at the Quinnipiac University School of Law. Afterward, he started Daniel A. Esposito Attorney at Law LLC.

Matthew F. Dolan is a lifelong resident of Connecticut. Attorney Dolan handles the firm’s Family Law matters, with a particular focus on high asset divorce cases. Attorney Dolan has been named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 for the State of Connecticut, he has been selected as a New England Super Lawyers Rising Star in the area of Family Law from 2015 through 2019 (each year, no more than 2.5% are named to the Rising Stars list), and he received the 2017 Connecticut Law Tribune New Leader in the Law Award. Attorney Dolan obtained both his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of Connecticut. While in law school, Attorney Dolan served as an intern for the Center for Children’s Advocacy, where he represented abused children in family law matters. Attorney Dolan held clerkships with the New Haven law firm Lynch, Traub, Keefe, & Errante, as well as the State of Connecticut Superior Court Family Division. Throughout his various clerkships, Attorney Dolan played an active role in dozens of Family Law trials. After graduating from law school, and prior to the founding of Dolan Divorce Lawyers, PLLC, Attorney Dolan worked as an associate attorney at the Bristol law firm of Furey, Donovan, Tracy & Daly, with a focus in Family Law. Attorney Dolan is on the Board of Directors of the Jeremy Saxe Foundation for Education and Development, a nonprofit organization aimed at educating underprivileged youth in Nepal. Attorney Dolan resides in Milford.

Steven Goldstein was admitted to practice in New York State in 1992. He was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1993. His practice areas are plaintiff's personal injury and criminal defense. He attended the State University of New York at Albany and graduated from New York Law School. Steven has recovered millions of dollars for his clients in both New York and New Jersey. He has also served as the Mayor of Springfield Township in New Jersey and was also the alternate public defender in Springfield.

As a former extern with the Clark County District Attorney's Office, he learned firsthand how “the other side” prosecutes cases. Now he's able to “think like a prosecutor” and anticipate their strategies. Even Nevada's police rely on Mike to defend them when their officers get into trouble... the Nevada Association of Public Safety Officers (NAPSO) is one of Las Vegas Defense Group's standing clients. He is always ready to go to trial. However, usually this preparation and tenacity allows him to secure favorable resolutions with opposing counsel that spare his clients the stress of trial. Prior to graduating magna cum laude from the Boyd School of Law at UNLV, Mike gained practical experience by clerking in the Henderson firm of Rands, South & Gardner as well as externing with the D.A's office. Hailing from the Midwest, he received his B.A. in Education from The University of Michigan and preceded his legal career by teaching Social Studies and English in Detroit and Las Vegas. Las Vegas criminal defense attorney Mike Castillo represents clients throughout Nevada with a focus on Clark County. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NADCL), the American Bar Association and the Clark County Bar Association. He lives in the Summerlin area with his wife.
