With a background in biochemistry, economics, and sociology, Mr. Greenberg serves as chairman of the Montgomery County Maryland Bar Association’s Intellectual Property and Technology Law Section, as well as board member for the Maryland Intellectual Property Legal Resource Center — a legal center for small, start-up businesses. Mr. Greenberg also educates other attorneys as a Continuing Legal Education lecturer for the Montgomery County Bar Association. For future attorneys, Mr. Greenberg has been an annual guest speaker at the American University Law School, and currently is an annual guest speaker at DePaul University Law School.

William A. Simmons received his J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law in 1982 and received his undergraduate education at Randolph-Macon College, graduating with a B.A. in History in 1977. He is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Mr. Simmons' practice is concentrated in criminal defense and civil litigation. Mr. Simmons has an extensive background in handling and trying felony and misdemeanor cases and civil cases. Attorney At Law Attorney Joshua V. Callahan founded The Callahan Law Office in his home state of Oregon in 2014. Will Harty is Partner at Harty Jewell, PLLC, where he represents clients in product liability, personal injury, and maritime tort trial litigation, and appellate practice. Damon Senaha is the founding attorney at the Law Office of Damon M. Senaha, a Honolulu law firm serving individuals and businesses on Oahu and all the islands of Hawaii in the areas of real estate, business litigation and employment law. After 24 years of military service, Mr. Senaha retired from the U.S. Navy at the rank of Lieutenant Commander. His professional education includes an Associate in Applied Science degree in the field of Aircraft Pneudraulics Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. In addition, he received a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University and a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of La Verne before earning his juris doctor law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

Diana has been a mediator for twelve years, since 2012. She has helped hundreds of couples resolve their divorce and custody conflicts through mediation, without the extra cost, delay, and emotional trauma of litigation. Diana is also an attorney and has represented people in family law cases, including divorce, custody, and paternity matters, for 30 years. She is intimately familiar with the law, courtroom procedure, judges and litigation. Diana is also skilled at diplomatic negotiation, and has resolved countless cases over the past 30 years as an attorney, through mediation. She was a founding partner of "Huntsman, Lofgran, Walton, PLLC, where she has led her firm in practicing law since 2005. She is presently of counsel with HLW, having retired from litigation in March, 2024. Nathan Langston was raised here in St. George, Utah. He can relate to our locals in that some of us may be a bit hesitant to even contact a personal injury attorney. Nate gets it, and he can help. Before joining our firm in 2018, Nate spent most of the last decade working at three different large personal injury law firms across the State of Utah. Nate is a seasoned trial lawyer with a vast amount of jury trial experience. His experience in personal injury motion practice is second to none in Southern Utah. Nate enjoys off-roading and camping in Utah’s Dixie National Forest with his family. He also loves board sports including snowboarding, skimboarding on the Virgin River, and Onewheeling around his neighborhood. Nate is married and has two young children.
