Frederick C. Thomas (“Fred”) has lived in Arizona for nearly thirty consecutive years, except for six years living in California. Fred went to Deer Valley High School in Glendale, Arizona. He graduated from Arizona State University where he obtained a degree in political science. During college, Fred interned with former US Senator Jon Kyl. After graduating college, he worked for American Family Insurance for three years. Realizing that life as an insurance adjuster was not for him, Fred attended the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. Fred is licensed in Arizona, California, and Colorado. Fred is also licensed in each California Federal District Court, the Arizona Federal District Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Fred has been practicing law since December 2003. Fred has practiced personal injury law since first becoming a lawyer. He has also represented individuals in habeas corpus matters ensuring that every individual received the Constitutional protections we all deserve. Fred’s knowledge and experience as a former insurance adjuster gives him an invaluable asset to his injury clients, he knows how the adjuster thinks, so he can be one step ahead of them. In his second year, David became the Vice-President of the team and eventually became President of the team his third year. While in law school, David became one of the founding members of the Albany Bootleggers, a local social rugby club named after one of E. Stewart Jones’ most famous defense clients, Jack ‘Legs’ Diamond. The Albany Bootleggers not only play rugby but concentrate on fraternity and charity, adopting families in need during the holiday season so nobody has to go without, holding annual cancer research fundraising events and holding fundraising events for wounded veterans. Besides Rugby, David otherwise spends a considerable amount of time with his blind rescue dog Betsy and her brother Murray.
