Andrew S. Maze is an attorney with over 26 years of hands-on litigation. Andrew began his career as a litigator in private practice as an associate in a small Woodbridge, New Jersey law firm. Jonathan earned his Juris Doctor degree from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2013 where he focused his studies on personal injury and contract law. Jonathan received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Boston University School of Management in 2010. While attending Boston University, Jonathan served as Co-Captain of the University’s Mock Mediation Team, and competed nationally. New Jersey native Kevin A. Buchan concentrates his legal practice in the areas of criminal defense, administrative law, and ethics proceedings. He regularly handles all phases of criminal litigation at both the state and federal levels. Kevin’s interest in criminal defense work began in law school when he served as an intern in the office of the Union County Prosecutor. From that time on, he knew that he wanted to devote his career to criminal law. Following law school, Kevin served as a criminal law clerk for the Honorable William L’E. Wertheimer, J.S.C. This experience gave him further insight into the workings of the criminal justice system. Kevin takes pleasure in his ability to help others, particularly at a time in their lives when they may have stumbled or made mistakes. Omar K. Qadeer, Esq. is admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars. Mr. Qadeer practices in a wide range of areas, including family law, immigration, business law, municipal law and criminal defense. Mr. Qadeer earned his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law, where he gained experience as a student attorney in the school’s Community Justice Law Clinic, working on child support, child custody and divorce cases. Within his first year working with a busy New Jersey firm, Mr. Qadeer had made approximately 200 court appearances in his areas of practice. While the number of appearances has increased over time, Mr. Qadeer still offers the same level of professionalism and care that his clients appreciate. Through his law school career, Mr. Qadeer also worked as an intern for the Office of the Executive Counsel for the Governor of Rhode Island and part-time as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Judge Stephen P. Erickson of the Federal District Court in Newport, Rhode Island. Mr. Qadeer also interned at Rhode Island Legal Services, where he gained experience in a number of different fields, from consumer/bankruptcy law to family and tax law. Before coming to New Jersey, Mr. Qadeer worked as a legal intern and law clerk in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, respectively. In addition to his law degree and various experiences, Mr. Qadeer also has a Masters in Criminal Justice (MS) from Roger Williams University and a Masters in Psychology (MA) from the University at Buffalo. Mr. Qadeer completed his undergraduate education from the University at Buffalo in Psychology and graduated with distinction, being awarded high departmental honors for his work in the Department of Psychology’s Honors Program. Mr. Qadeer continues to work towards looking out for the best interests of the firm’s clients.

Scott Kessler specializes in Personal Injury matters, including Motor Vehicle Accidents, Slip and Fall Accidents, Truck Accidents, and Dog Bite cases. Mr. Kessler also specializes in Workers’ Compensation cases, and was for ten years recognized by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Workers’ Compensation Law Attorney. Mr. Kessler has been named a total of thirteen times to the annual “Super Lawyers” list published in New Jersey Monthly Magazine, for his work in the areas of both Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury law. Appearing in the New Jersey Supreme Court, Mr. Kessler successfully fought to establish new legal precedents and expand the rights of injured workers in the Supreme Court case of Sager vs. O. A. Peterson Construction Co., and has appeared in New Jersey’s Appellate Division on several additional matters. He was the Acting Municipal Prosecutor for Freehold Borough from 1990 – 1991, and has also served as a Monmouth County Public Defender Pool Attorney, and as a private Criminal Defense attorney. Mr. Kessler has been the Managing Shareholder of Team Law since 2012, and has been the Managing Attorney of the Team Law Workers’ Compensation Department since 1991. Mr. Kessler graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1980, and received his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in 1988. He became licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, in 1988. He has served as a Vice-President of The New Jersey Advisory Council on Safety and Health, a workers’ rights advocacy group, since 2008, and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New Jersey Association of Justice.

Stephanie Palo, Esq. devotes her practice to the litigation of family law, criminal defense, and commercial civil litigation matters. Although Stephanie always strives to efficiently resolve cases in her clients’ favor, she is an experienced litigator who when necessary zealously advocates for her clients in court. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, the District Court of the District of New Jersey, and the State of New York. While attending Rutgers School of Law-Newark, Stephanie served as Co-Chair of the Moot Court Board, a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Associate, and a Submissions Editor on the Women’s Rights Law Reporter. Stephanie additionally served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Katharine S. Hayden of the District Court of the District of New Jersey. After graduating from Rutgers School of Law – Newark in 2009, Stephanie was a judicial clerk to the Honorable Rudy B. Coleman of the New Jersey Appellate Division. As a law clerk, Stephanie was dedicated to conducting legal research, drafting bench memoranda, and assisting Judge Coleman in the composition of judicial opinions. The skills Stephanie developed as an Appellate Division law clerk have been invaluable in her appeals practice.
