Donald L. Bell, born on September 29, 1975, in Montgomery, Alabama, is a dedicated legal professional with a rich background rooted in commitment and service. Raised in Montgomery, Donald completed his secondary education at Carver Sr. High, graduating with top honors which reflected his early dedication to excellence. Inspired by a strong desire to serve his country, Donald enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in August 1993. During his time in the military, Donald pursued higher education, first achieving an Associate of Arts degree with honors from Campbell University in North Carolina in 1996. Steve, originally from Baltimore, holds a JD and an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland. Before becoming the Managing Partner of Cromwell & Company, Steve was the Controller for NFR Security, Inc. As a key member of the management team, he contributed to the success of completing the sale of NFR Security to Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd., (Ticker CHKP) and the post-integration support of the two companies. Prior to that, he held controller positions with other high tech firms in the Baltimore Washington corridor and a senior analyst position in the treasury department of ICMA Retirement Corporation in downtown DC. Sharon T. Diamant has been working as an attorney for over twenty-five years. In October 2000, she became a prosecutor in the Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office. She left the state's attorney's office in 2002 and practiced Criminal Law in Hillsborough County, Florida for two years before returning to the state's attorney's office in 2004. Ms. Diamant remained at the Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office until 2010, when she opened her own office and went into private practice. While a prosecutor, she handled a wide variety of matters in the District Court Unit, including bad checks, burglary, theft, drunk driving and other traffic offenses, assault, and violations of protective orders (Gazette).
