About Sedgwick
Mr. Jeanite is an associate in the Business Department. He concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities and commercial litigation. Mr. Jeanite advises U.S. growth companies, startups and entrepreneurs on business formation and planning, and all aspects of corporate governance matters, including negotiating commercial agreements, consulting and employment agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
