Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
Last year we were able to obtain a $225,000.00 settlement for a young lady who was injured in a car accident. We also obtained several discharges for clients in Bankruptcy Court with a Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing. We also helped a client get his criminal case dismissed - although past results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
How did you build a successful practice?
It is easy, by always putting our client first. Having a client's best interest at heart is what matters. I strive to always do best by my clients.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Availability and being able to communicate effectively. Many clients come to me and complain that their prior lawyer is not available and never returns phone calls. I answer my cell phone on Sundays if I have to which is why my clients love me.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
It is critical. Being able to walk into a courthouse and be recognized by colleagues and judges is important.

I can discuss the facts of your case with and give you advice and direction as to how you should proceed. If you decide to allow me to help you, I will do all I can do make things right.

It depends, but speaking with the actual person who has the legal issue is important.

I pride myself in caring for my clients and treating their case as if it is my own legal problem. I get working immediately for you and make sure I am available to answer any questions you may have regarding your legal case. You even have my personal cell phone number!
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
I once had a man say ""I would've committed suicide after my wife's car accident if it wasn't for you being there not only as a lawyer, but as a son!"" This touched me forever and made me realize I was doing something right. I continue to care and fight for my clients day in and day out.
What are your other interests in addition to law?
I enjoying swimming, outdoor walks, jet skiing, dinners, and riding bikes.
