Attorney Pickford started her law career as an associate for a Social Security Disability (SSDI) law firm in Memphis, Tennessee. She then moved to a personal injury law firm, managed its SSDI practice, and expanded to personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. Attorney Pickford has represented hundreds of claimants at their disability hearings, as well as, negotiated countless case settlements with insurance companies.

It was Attorney Pickford’s experience with the Social Security Administration (SSA) that inspired her to pursue law. She witnessed the difficulties and frustration faced by her clients and knew she had found her market niche.

Attorney Pickford started as a claims representative for both SSDI and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) in Forrest City and West Memphis, Arkansas respectively. She helped to resolve claims regarding retirement benefits, survivors’ benefits, disability benefits, and Medicare eligibility. She also served as the liaison for SSA and the attorneys while working at the West Memphis, Arkansas SSA field office.

Attorney Pickford is a devoted wife and mother. She enjoys traveling, reading and wine tastings.
