About Shannon
After a successful run as an associate at a local law firm practicing civil litigation, Ms. Howell desired to fulfill her dream of continuing her grandfather's legacy as a successful estate planning attorney in Palm Beach, FL. The Howell Law Group, APC is the result of that dream.
Ms. Howell has focused her practice on the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law, and Business Formation.
Ms. Howell is also involved in the legal community, serving the Children at Risk Committee of the San Diego County Bar Association and is a panel member of the Foster Youth Program of the Volunteer Lawyers Program. In addition, Ms. Howell participates in the California State Bar's Speakers Bureau, donating her time to educate others in order to combat the growing concern of elder abuse.
Ms. Howell is married and resides near downtown San Diego. She enjoys cooking, traveling, spending time with her friends and family, attending church, and the occasional shopping trip in her spare time.
