Sharon P. Jorgensen is the president and founder of the firm. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1980 and her Juris Doctor degree from Stetson State University College of Law in 1985. Ms. Jorgensen has been licensed to practice law in the State of Florida since 1985. Since that time, she has limited her practice to representing injured persons in personal injury and workers' compensation cases.
Ms. Jorgensen is a member of the Florida and Colorado State Bars, the American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the St. Petersburg Bar Association and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. In addition to Florida and Colorado she is admitted to practice before the Federal Middle District Court of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals of the United State of America and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
Ms. Jorgensen is married and has three children. Her oldest boys, Grady and Spencer, have joined the firm family firm.
