About Sharon
Sharon L. Tamiya has extensive experience in land use and entitlements coordination for residential and mixed use subdivisions, including map act compliance, project documentation (CCRs, reciprocal easement agreements, development agreements) and sales documentation for condominiums, planned unit developments, master planned communities and country club communities. Ms. Tamiyas practice includes state and federal subdivision regulatory compliance, including Office of Interstate Land Sales Registration, Truth in Lending, and in-state and out-of-state registrations with California and Nevada departments of real estate. Ms. Tamiya also has substantial expertise in representing buyers and sellers of improved and unimproved real estate, including shopping centers, office buildings, apartments, finished subdivided lots, entitled property and raw land. She also practices in the area of real estate finance, representing lenders and borrowers in acquisition, construction and permanent loan transactions.
