About Shawn
Mr. Bryant concentrates his practice in the area of complex civil litigation, with a current focus on the defense of products liability claims. He has significant experience in the defense of class actions involving medical monitoring, personal injury, and property damage claims.
Mr. Bryant has engaged in a wide variety of other litigation matters while at the Firm, including the defense of white collar criminal investigations and prosecutions, litigation of contract claims, and defense of environmental claims under RCRA and CERCLA. He has written amicus curiae briefs on topics involving the intersection of contract and tort law, including the economic loss rule and punitive damages. He also has experience in counseling clients facing regulatory proceedings involving the environment and public health.
