Shawn C. Huber is a partner with the firm and concentrates his practice in personal injury and municipal law matters. Mr. Huber currently serves as the Municipal Prosecutor for the Boroughs of Mt. Ephraim, Pine Hill, and Clementon. In August 2007, Mr. Huber was selected as one of the Top Young Lawyers in New Jersey by New Jersey Monthly.

Mr. Huber has extensive litigation experience in personal injury and product liability matters including those involving automobile, truck, bus, and boat accidents, construction accidents, wrongful death and slip and fall accidents.
Mr. Huber is a speaker for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and has appeared as a commentator on the television show, Legally Speaking. He authored Friendly Hearings: A Primer, 193 N.J.L.J. 864 (2008).
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Huber served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert W. Page of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Camden County.
Mr. Huber graduated cum laude from St. Joseph's University with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice in 1993. He earned his law degree in 1996 from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden.
Mr. Huber was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1996, and in Pennsylvania in 1997. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Huber is a member of the American, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Camden County, and Philadelphia Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Association for Justice, and the New Jersey Association for Justice.
Mr. Huber was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1971.
