About Shelley

Shelley P. Dodge: Born in 1954 in Colorado Springs, CO. She received a B.A. with a major in English from the University of Colorado. She was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and graduated with distinction. She attended Lewis and Clark Northwestern School of Law in Portland, Oregon and finished her last year of law school at the University of Denver.

Ms. Dodge is admitted to the Colorado U.S. District Court, District of Colorado and U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit.

She is a member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (member of the Board of Directors), and the National Lawyers Guild. She is past president and current member of the Worker's Compensation Education Association.

She has lectured on Worker's Compensation topics to a variety of groups including various union and labor organizations, the Colorado Trial lawyers Association, the Colorado Bar Association and the Worker's Compensation Education Association.

Over the years, she has also served on task forces for the Division of Worker's Compensation of the State of Colorado over the years.

She is included in the Best Lawyers of America (Woodward/White) in the area of Worker's Compensation law.

She is married and has two children of her own and five step children. Her hobbies are walking, tennis, and watching her children play sports.
