About Simon
I practice throughout the United States and the state of Texas. My practice primarily covers all of Houston and its contiguous counties, including Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria, Liberty, Chambers, Wharton, Galveston, Bexar, Travis, Dallas, and Tarrant; however, I will travel to other counties if the need arises.
Simon W. ("Trey") Hendershot, III was born in Gonzales, Texas, in 1962 and moved to Houston in 1984. He received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University (B.B.A. in Business Management, 1984). While attending Texas A&M University Mr. Hendershot was a member of the Corps of Cadets. Upon graduation, he was named distinguished military graduate and received a commission as an infantry officer in the United States Army. He has served as a Judge Advocate General Officer for the 36th Brigade 50th Armored Division, Texas Army National Guard. Mr. Hendershot received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law in 1987 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Hendershot has been admitted to practice before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, United States Tax Court and United State Court of Military Appeals. He is also a member of the American Health Law Lawyers Association and Health Law Section of the Texas State Bar. Mr. Hendershot practices in the areas of health law, mergers and acquisitions, labor and employment law, construction litigation, administrative law, family law, business litigation, business law, and general civil litigation in both State and Federal Courts.
