Michael S. Haber has been practicing law in New York for more than 25 years. He brings extensive expertise in both litigation and estate-related matters. Morton Price is senior counsel to the firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice Group, where he puts his decades of experience to work for each one of his clients.Along with lecturing widely on estate planning, Mort’s experience also includes acting as Guardian ad Litem in a number of complicated accounting and construction proceedings. He has also successfully represented the family of a holocaust art theft victim. He has also been an active member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, where he has served on several committees, including the Committee on Administrative Law, the Committee on Professional Responsibility, the Committee on Legal Problems of the Aging, and the chairman of the Transportation Committee. Mort graduated from Yale Law School after graduating cum laude from Bowdoin College, where he was an elected member of Phi Beta Kappa. After completing a term of active military service, he went to work as an assistant to Professor Jack Weinstiein of Columbia Law School and as a clerk for Associate Justice Herbert Cohen of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Arnold H. Pedowitz is a Partner with Pedowitz & Meister LLP in New York where he practices plaintiff-side employment law. Jason D. Jones, Esq. founded the Law Office of Jason D. Jones, P.C. in 2018 after more than a decade of concentrated work in trusts and estates, estate administration, and related tax matters across both domestic and international settings. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1960 and is admitted to the Bars of the U.S. Supreme Court, United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Klipstein received an A.B. Degree from Columbia College in 1957, his J.D. Degree from Columbia Law School in 1960 (where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar), and an LLM in Taxation from the New York University Law School, Graduate Division in 1965. He is a member of the American Bar Association, N.Y. State Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York County Lawyers Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Judges Association, and the Westchester County Bar Association. He has been or is a member or Chairman of various committees at these Bar Associations for may years. Mr. Klipstein contributed to Drafting New York Wills, Law and Forms, published by Matthew Bender (Lexis). He has also been an Arbitrator in the Small Claims Part of N.Y. City Civil Court (N.Y. County) since 1971.
