Paul Winter specializes in estate planning, estate and trust administration, elder law, real estate, and business planning for individuals, and closely held businesses. He has worked on thousands of estate plans and hundreds of commercial, multi-family and residential real estate transactions. He also does Medicaid planning. Before co-founding the firm, he worked for large law firms in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Louisiana, and is a former adjunct professor for the Masters of Taxation program at Walsh College in the Detroit area. Paul enjoys playing golf, tennis, power boating, and rowing. In 2015 he founded the Spring Lake Crew Club and serves as the Director of Rowing for Spring Lake and Grand Haven High School and Middle School teams. His son rowed at GVSU his freshman year in the Men’s Novice 8, which went to the finals of the American College Championships in 2019. His daughter also rowed and played varsity tennis for Spring Lake High School.
