Stan litigates environmental, product liability and toxic tort cases in state and federal courts. These matters often involve pesticides, industrial and chemical products (such as solvents and cleaning agents), fertilizers, petroleum products, hazardous and toxic substances, wastes, and other materials. These actions typically seek recovery for personal injuries, property damage, agricultural "crop" damage, and remediation costs. Stan also litigates actions involving environmental laws governing surface and ground waters, erosion control, oil and hazardous waste releases, and air emissions. He litigates environmental permit compliance and civil penalties under state and federal laws.
